Nestled in the sand dunes of the Fort Morgan peninsula, the GSP at Kiva Dunes Golf Course is a family-friendly beachfront resort community with loads of amenities!
There are TWO on-site restaurants serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. The Sassy Bass is beachside and just a few steps away. The Kiva Grill is at the golf club and has beautiful views of the 18th green. Selah, a coffee and ice cream shop is on site as well!

Great spot!

This condo is nicely appointed and very conveniently located to all of the things you will want to do on the Gulf Shores Plantation property like swimming, dining, the boardwalk, and the beach. We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely return.

Awesome family friendly vacation

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean and in a perfect location. The resort has everything you could possibly want, multiple pools (including an indoor one) basketball and tennis courts, the beach out front, an on-site restaurant that was a 1-2 minute walk, lots of free pool toys to use (no need to buy any). This was a great place to vacation with children. The grocery store is a little ways away but honestly, the dollar dollar was stocked and only 5 away! The owners are great and quick to respond. I highly recommend!

Beach Condo

Cute two bedroom condo very close to Beach access. The main living room area has a sliding door that faces the parking lot but you can still see the ocean in the background. It is right next to the stair access for the 2nd floor so sometimes you can hear the commotion on stairs. We would stay again.

Lovely condo and great host

We loved our stay at this cute, clean and cozy condo. The condo had everything we wanted and needed and Julie was great to check in on us and answer all questions. The Sassy Bass was steps away and had great food and drinks. The beach was super special as you could be in the heart of the action or walk a little ways and feel like you had your own private beach! The adult pool was a nice treat since we traveled without kids. Would definitely recommend this condo!!

Perfect getaway!

This property was perfect in all ways! The condo has all items needed and some extras too. The owners communicated everything needed and even gave us pointers. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our mother/daughter getaway!

Tranquil condo with a view…

I would definitely stay in this exact condo again! The location was perfect… far enough out to enjoy the quiet and the stars at night but close enough to quickly drive wherever we wanted to go. Although it was a little too chilly to enjoy the beach or outdoor pools, this condo was as close as you could get. The view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing and we loved using the hot tub each night. This particular condo was nicely renovated/updated, very clean, and was supplied with anything we could have needed. The snacks and tea, cotton balls and swabs, and generous starter kit were a nice touch. Julie was an amazing host! My hairdryer accidentally tripped a breaker and Julie answered my message within seconds and helped us get it fixed right away. The Sassy Bass restaurant was delicious and we ended up eating there twice during our short stay. My family loved our stay and we can’t wait to come back in the summer!
