Este complejo de baja densidad cuenta con acceso privado a la playa, muelles de pesca, embarcadero, lanzamiento de botes, múltiples piscinas (2) piscinas principales grandes, 2 piscinas para niños) y parrillas para barbacoa.

    Esta unidad está ubicada en el edificio E en el primer piso. ¡Duerme cómodamente hasta 6! Cama King en el dormitorio principal, 2 camas individuales en el dormitorio de invitados y un sofá cama Queen ubicado en la sala de estar. El balcón privado tiene vistas a la piscina. La cocina está completamente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, utensilios de cocina y platos que necesitará para preparar comidas durante sus vacaciones. We enjoyed our stay. We understand this was pet friendly but the fabric furniture needs some attention. It needed to be cleaned or replaced.

Lovely condo

Very clean, good selection of amemities, plenty of space for me and my 2 teen boys, and right across the street from the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

A little "Piece of Paradise"

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats. All of the people that we met including the grounds and maintenance men were very friendly. My husband really enjoyed fishing from the lagoon and the beach with a private walk way made it seem more secluded. We stayed for 2 weeks in October and are considering returning for the winter. We loved it.

Just the Ticket

This provided the perfect getaway for my spouse and myself (along with our 2 ankle-biting puppies) as we were able to take a break from our cold Michigan weather.We especially enjoyed the short walk to the beach across the street. I can see us doing this again next year.

Perfect Vacay Location

This condo is fully equipped with everything you need for your trip. It's a home away from home! It is so close to the beach and a quick walk to the pier for fishing. The pools are really nice and clean. They are big and seldom over crowded. This is one of our favorite places to stay.

Great stay

Great location and friendly atmosphere. Back balcony was great. Staff was great. Had an issue with ice maker leaking but no big deal to us as maintenance came quickly and it was fixed. Master bed very comfortable, but twin beds were a little on the uncomfortable side. Gave 4 star rating and would probably rent again if need be

We enjoyed the condo, but the pricing is misleading. So many fees, they were probably twice, if not more than the cost of the condo. Not sure if it was worth it.

Family beach time

Pros: - Location right across from the beach - Master bed very comfortable - Well-stocked kitchen - Great shower pressure and hot water - Roomy living area - Washer/dryer in unit Cons: - Mildewy smell in bathrooms - Drains slow to empty - Water kept appearing on kitchen floor -- couldn't find source - 2 really big roaches visited us - Flimsy shower liner with hooks that didn't slide - Unit could use a deep clean -- something sticky on refrigerator handle, odd stains on toilet lid, grout a bit grungy

Needs Updating

The property was ok but could stand updating. Absolutely NO water pressure in master bath sink and NO water pressure in hall bath tub/shower. We traded back and forth depending if it was bath time or handwashing time. Carpet is stained and kitchen floor needed cleaning.

Decent

Sea Oats entire property is really good. Nice area. E103 was in a great spot. Wi-Fi was not secure and spotty at best. Master bedroom window treatments were missing slats. All of the kitchen cabinets stuck at times. Tile cracked in entry way and some stains on carpet. Dryer took 3 complete rounds to dry a small load of clothes. Not being picky but unit needs updating. Bed and pillows very comfy. Probably would not stay in this unit again.

Great location, needs updating

Property was more outdated and run down than expected. This unit desperately needs some repairs and updates, especially in the bathrooms and hallways that lead up to the unit. The electrical outlet for the master BR TV area looks like a fire hazard, TV/Cable for living room didn’t have enough outlets for the internet box and DVD player to be plugged in simultaneously. We couldn’t get the wi-fi network to show up on our device and just had to use our hotspot. The pool area for this complex desperately needs some shade added. The best thing about this unit is the proximity to the beach access.
