Surfside Shores 1302 is located on the 3rd floor of Building One, offering a beautiful view of the white sandy beach and the Gulf. Relax and unwind on the spacious, well-furnished balcony after a fun day in the sun, taking in the breathtaking views and refreshing sea breeze.

This wonderful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep, and an ensuite bathroom for added convenience. The guest room is furnished with a cozy queen bed and is adjacent to the second bathroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances and cookware, making it easy to prepare your meals. Whether you're cooking a family dinner or just brewing your morning coffee, you'll find everything you need, including a Keurig coffee maker. The open layout provides a seamless transition between the kitchen, dining area, and living room, where you can relax and enjoy the views through the large windows and balcony access.

Surfside Shores 1302 is the ideal location to enjoy the beauty of Gulf Shores with direct access to the beach and Gulf. Enjoy the property’s amenities, including two outdoor pools and two kiddie pools. Both of the outdoor pools are heated during the cooler months, providing comfort year-round. The spacious pool deck has plenty of seating and gathering space for groups. For added convenience, Surfside Shores offers easy access to the beach and Gulf right from the pool area.

In addition to the pools and beach access, Surfside Shores is located near restaurants, shops, and local attractions, offering plenty to do both on and off the property. Whether you’re looking to relax on the beach, swim in the pool, or explore the area, this condo provides the perfect spot for your next getaway.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Not very comfortable

Good ocean view and location on beach. Needs more comfortable bed and deck chairs. No beach chairs, broken stove burner, gave us the wrong address which caused a lot of anxiety, cleaning crew showed up before check out time and waited in the hall while we finished packing.

Nice View

The property was as described. It was easy to find and access. The unit is direct oceanfront and had a very nice view which was of primary importance to us. Things to consider would be the size of the unit. It’s 2 bedroom, 2 bath but doesn’t have a lot of square footage and felt cramped in the bedrooms. The beds are a bit firm. The kitchen had plenty of dishes but the cookware needs updating. Our biggest complaint was the musty smell that we believe came from the front load washer. It was very unpleasant to walk into a unit that smelled. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short due to Hurricane Helene and made a hasty retreat.

Location is 5 stars

This property is exactly as described and pictured. Living room furniture is comfortable and is great for family of 4. In my opinion you cannot beat the location. We never waited for the elevator. All guests were friendly and courteous. Walk down to the beach is perfect especially with smaller kids. The AC worked very well. The kitchen is well equipped and washer and dryer worked well. Beds were comfortable. It would be a bit tight with more than 2 adults and 2 kids. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again. Zero complaints.

Wonderful Week

Condo was as described, pictures are very accurate. Third floor view was wonderful. I was surprised that I had to buy a parking permit, been going to Gulf Shores since 1997 and that was a first.

Clean condo with great view!

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and well stocked to cook and live for a week. We enjoyed the heated pool and short walk to the beach! Only complaint is that the people below us were frequently smoking on their balcony and the smell was terrible. But we would stay here again!

Gulf Shores ‘24

The condo was clean, well stocked with paper goods, and towels. The only problem we found was the smoke alarms that were beeping. Kevin was quick to get back with me on this. The maintenance people, not so much. Other than this, we had a great time. Oh, and the views from the balcony, fabulous!

Relaxation at it’s finest!

The condo is located on the 3rd floor which lends to spectacular views of the ocean! We were able to see multiple dolphins from the deck! This condo provided us with much needed downtime!

Overall a great place to stay. Steps away from beach and pool. No tents aloud, only umbrellas. Shower stall needs some work in the main bedroom, but over all clean. Would stay again!

Perfect Gulf Shores Getaway

We had a glorious month vacation at this lovely condo on the beach! The condo was clean, well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable furnishings. Loved the beachy feel Inside & Out! Had a bit of a problem at check-in causing delay & miscommunication but it was corrected quickly and smooth sailing thereafter.

Nice location for a Family vacation

All went very well with check in etc. Beautiful view of the ocean and close to the pool. Kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies - everything needed to make meals!
