2BR/1BA, beach-side condo that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The balcony has a great view of the Gulf of America and is a great place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail listening to the peaceful sounds of the waves. Since this is a low density complex it feels very private. The condo is in the building closest to the beach and on the first floor. Feel free to enjoy the other amenities of the complex including the outdoor pool, hot tub, dedicated beach access, outdoor showers, picnic tables, shared grilling space and all the shops across the street.
Updated (2024) living room and dining room with all brand new furniture.

Condo is close to town, only 1.6 miles west of Hwy 59. Parking for one car directly under this first floor condo ($53/veh - 1 MAX). There are 3 extra parking spots on the side of the building but they are first come first serve.
Right across the street is a great restaurant The Beach House Kitchen & Cocktails also there is S & S Seafood Market, Island Ice Cream & Treats and a convenience store, beach mart and package store all across the street!

CLEANING/SUPPLIES

Cleanliness is a priority for us, so you can enjoy your stay. Our unit is cleaned well between every guest. Every linen is taken off site and laundered between stays. Our cleaners will provide a small amount of each of these items: toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels. Any additional supplies will need to be brought by the guest.

PLEASE NOTE:
This is a non smoking and no pet unit.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare meals and there is a stacked washer/dryer combo in the unit.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM.

Condo is literally steps from the beach, no lugging beach equipment far in this condo!

Please note- 1st floor unit up some stairs, there is no elevator in the building

Let me just start by saying i love this condo. Ive stayed in the Sunchase condos 3 times now. But, the construction workers made so much noise 2 days that you couldnt hear yourself talk outside. At one point they were grinding paint off the scaffolding so they could repaint it? Couldnt they do that somewhere else. The pool was great as well as the hot tub. Oh and you may want to check the drain pipe from the wash machine. I think its leaking into the parking area below. Great place to stay. Weather was great!! Would definitively recommend.

Check in and check out was a breeze! Great location grocery store and ice cream in walking distance. Walk to the beach was short and the parking spot beside the stairs was nice.Cons (being picky overall it was fantastic)-ceilng fan in twin bedroom did not work-pool is a bit small and I could see it being overcrowded durring busy season -would have been nice to have more than 1 roll of toilet paper and soap for the bathoom ProsEverything else! We really enjoyed out stay here and would stay again!

Great Place Right on Beach

We chose this property because it was right on the beach and had a pool. The pool is small but was great for our kids ages 7 and 12 to have a break from the beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I would stay again!

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay here. The location could not have been better. Literally steps to beach. We could see the pool while the kids were out there so that was great. The condo is small. It would be ideal for a couple or a small family with small children. We just didn’t have enough space and definitely needed a second bathroom. Parking is tight but great for taking in your stuff, right next to stairs. The area felt safe and I didn’t worry about leaving our beach items outside. Communication was good.

The Condo was cozy. Clean and neat. This is not a deal breaker, but I must say that I don't know that the furniture is new. I will stay there again. It was an ease of convenience to the beach. The kitchen/dining room floors were not swept very well, found old food along the island on the floor along with gum stuck to the floor. And there was no dust pan, that is a must have, when you are staying beach side to help keep up with the sand.
