Welcome to our 2 Bed/2Bath, 2nd floor unit that sleeps 6 guests! If you are looking for connivence you are going to love staying at The Boardwalk!! The beach and pool views are incredible. You get to experience the rare opportunity of having an onsite restaurant and gift shop!! Sea N Suds is conveniently located for food and drinks. You are in the heart of Gulf Shores and can enjoy what this amazing beach town has to offer!
Primary Bedroom has access to the balcony with a gulf front views!
Living Room has sleeper sofa for additional sleeping.
Guests reserving must be 25 years or older to rent and must be in attendance for this property.

Boardwalk is known for it's close proximity to shops and restaurants with an onsite restaurant and gift shop, Sea N Suds!
**Heated Pool in September, October, March and April
Previous guests often leave beach items for others to enjoy. Feel free to leave items you do not wish to take with you as well. Do not take beach items you did not provide as they are an added luxury for future guests. You may want to bring your own beach chairs/toys to ensure you have the items you need as we do not guarantee supplies will be left.

Parking
TWO parking pass are included in your reservation. ONE vehicle can park in the south parking lot. If you bring a second vehicle you will park directly across the road.

You will receive a follow up email after you book and check-in information will be sent a day prior to your stay.

Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, we encourage you to read cancellation policy guidelines found in our terms and conditions at the bottom of our website, the credit card fee will not be reimbursed.

Complimentary STARTER supply of shampoos, soaps, one dish detergent pod, one load of laundry detergent, one toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one trash bag per trash can is provided. You will be responsible for supplying the remainder of supplies needed for the duration of your stay. Our goal is for you to not have to rush to the store to fight the crowds the first night you arrive.

Great place for small groups in a convenient location

I stayed here with my mother and a friend of ours and we really liked this apartment! With two bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa and two bathrooms it was perfect for our group. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cups, silverware, as well as pots and pans for all the cooking we could want to do (there was even a slow cooker, although we didn't use it). The semi-accessible design of the master bath's shower was particularly appreciated as I'm disabled and need to sit while showering. And of course we loved being right on the beach! We would stay here again.

Nice condo

Great location with nice sandy white beach and restaurant on site. Met friends and had a wonderful time staying here. Close to everything and even had security. Would recommend to stay at this place and would stay here in the future. Thanks for a nice vacation condo.

Family of Four Beach Vacation

Overall the condo was nice. It was plenty of room for a family of four. Everything was in working order and we enjoyed having extra blankets to use. However it could have benefited from a deeper clean. The floors were sticky and just felt really nasty to walk on barefoot. The counter tops and bathrooms really just needed a good bleach wipe down. Other than the icky sticky feeling it was a nice place for a small family weekend at the beach.

This condo was very spacious and clean. Location was within walking distance of many restaurants and stores for all of your needs. The view from the balcony was amazing. Highly recommended for your next trip!

Nice location for short stay

Location was very nice to be able to walk to most restaurants and shops. Steps away from the beach made this great to not have to walk a long way. Condo was fine for my son and I. Met our needs. We had an issue with the fridge, which was address right away. Very good communication.

Just us

Just what we needed. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We only had one slight difficulty and that was we couldn’t figure out the tv. We put in a call to Jessica and she arrived within the hour, fixed our problem, chatted for a bit and left. We enjoyed the condo so much we have rented it for the month of January instead of two weeks. Hope Jessica is still our overseer.

Amazing location

We loved this condo with the location on the 2nd floor we didn’t have to take the elevator. The condo was nicely decorated and updated. Only complaint the whole time was that the co do above us was doing renovation work and was noisy. But overall, it was an amazing family vacation💙

Labor Day Boardwalk Stay

We have stayed at this complex for over 30 years, every Labor Day. I had no contact with the property manager other than sending me the code the day of our visit. The only complaint I have is that the unit had a strong musty smell. .
