Gorgeous 2 Bedroom Beachfront condo. Direct Gulf views, top floor & pools!

This two bedroom, two bath top floor condo has the view you've been waiting for plus all the amenities of the gated Martinique at the Gulf Resort. Eat breakfast on the private balcony overlooking the beautiful white beach. Enjoy the waterfront view in the updated well stocked kitchen. Unlike most rentals where furnishing are sparse this unit has plenty of dishes, cookware and utensils to cook for and serve a crowd. Fully furnished with a large sectional sofa, large screen smart TV, Wi-Fi, full laundry, master suite with king bed and jetted tub. Located about 11 miles down Ft Morgan Rd guests have access to a huge private gulf beach, two pools, and a fitness room. It is the perfect place for a perfect family beach vacation.

***Each reservation includes 1 vehicle registration $55 plus tax. The additional vehicle will also need to pay $55 plus tax. Any vehicle that exceeds the limit for each house or condo will be instructed to park off-site.

Beach Service available - Suncoast Beach Rentals call or go to to reserve your beach chairs & umbrellas. Paddleboards and Kayaks are also available but should be reserved by calling Suncoast at or you can visit the attendant during your stay.

For nature lovers the Bon Secour National Wildlife Preserve is minutes away. They have several hiking trails and guided walking tours. Bird watching is a favorite pastime of visitors to the area as well. Pick up the local Mullet Wrapper or Islander newspapers for schedules of local events and activities.
Snowbirds are welcome! Get discounted rates for a one month stay.

Property manager was extremely easy to reach and answered any questions promptly. Property was easy to locate and check in was a breeze! Everything was pretty clean and kitchen was well stocked. Bed was very comfy! The beach access was amazing! I’ve never had so much space to spread out on a beach (especially during Summer). Pool was great and close to beach also! Hit the grocery store on the way in, limited restaurants near by. We enjoyed Tacky Jacks 2 in Fort Morgan. We were also able to DoorDash or cook when we felt like staying in.Tips if you’re traveling with an infant/ toddler: beach wagon and cheap umbrella stroller were a must have for us to get down to the beach. It’s too far for a toddler to walk/ carry. Definitely not a problem though if you’re prepared (just use the wheelchair accessible ramp to avoid stairs). And bring a black sheet or portable blackout curtains for bedroom. Window views are AMAZING but blinds still let in a lot of light in the morning. We overall had a really great trip and would stay here again :)

Beautiful place to stay

We loved staying at 302E!! It was so quiet and peaceful! The condo was fully stocked with lots of room to spread out! The weather was perfect the entire week! We even had the wonderful pool to ourselves several different times! We sure did miss having our coffee on the balcony this morning with that million-dollar view of the gulf!! Can't wait til we can come back again!

Beautiful condo & view!

This is our second time staying in this condo & it will be our annual go to from now on. The condo is very clean & is exactly as stated in the description. Everything is there to start off your trip and there are several stores very close by to get any needs or food needed. Our family loves the quiet, peacefulness of the beach being right next to Bon Secour refuge.

Easy check-in, Condo was clean when we arrived, location was great, wish weather would have been better, but we enjoyed our time and the location is isolated which made it feel like you have the beach to yourself at times. Resort grounds were well kept. Will return again during warmer weather to enjoy pool area.

Wonderful!

We had a great stay! Property was just as the pics showed. Grounds and Pool were well maintained and beautiful. Would definitely stay here again. Only one small issue - according to the list of do’s and don’t’s, quiet time was between 10 pm and 9 am. The residents staying on the bottom floor just beneath us the latter part of the week were outside and very loud until 2 am. There didn’t seem to be anyone around to monitor for any disturbances. Other than that, it was fabulous.
