Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The property was very nice. It was close to the beach this morning. Pool was kept clean and I was impressed. The only issue I had was I was charged for parking, but I did not even have a car to park. I informed them of this and was hoping for a response to my request for a refund. I don’t like getting charged for something I did not want or need. I flew in to the airport obviously and I took an Uber back-and-forth. I just don’t think you should have to pay for parking when you don’t have anything to park. It’s the principle of the situation and the fact that they were supposed to check into it and I have yet to hear back from them. Kind of upsets me.

I love the Gulfside Townhomes and this unit is perfect! Spacious, clean & well-stocked with necessities to make one comfortable. AC works great! All the beach items come on so handy! Close to the beach & the pool is perfect!

Wonderful 1st time in Gulf Shores!

We had so much fun in Gulf Shores! This location was perfect. We had 7 families all staying in the Gulfside Townhomes and it was nice to meet at the beach and the pool. Our unit had most everything we needed except storage for our non-perishable items but we were able to make due with the space we had. Could use a few more updates and maybe a wagon to take stuff to the beach but overall we were happy with our stay and would stay there again. Thank you!

Location great- VACASA not so much

Upon arrival, the lockbox was on the ground and no key. We had to wait outside of the condo on hold for over an hour with vacasa. They sent someone to replace a shower head with zero notice which is not really normally a problem but our baby was sleeping and the guy was annoyed that we we wouldn’t let him in anyway. The property was also not very clean. The main level tile was grimy with a weird slippery film. It felt gross to walk on. The glass dining table had some sort of grey ish film that felt pretty gross to touch. In the current health climate, it was pretty strange for it to not be immaculately clean. The dishwasher was also full upon arrival. This is the 2nd time we booked a vacasa rental through VRBO. Both times have not been great unfortunately.

Wonderful

My family and I had a weekend stay for my daughter’s wedding. Everything was great. I do wish there had been some explanation about all the stairs to climb. My mother cannot climb stairs really well so it was very difficult for her. Other than that, it was wonderful!
