The Primary Suite offers a comfortable King-size bed, a private full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, a mounted Smart TV, and direct access to the Gulf-facing balcony. Wake up to beautiful beach views without ever leaving your bed!

The Guest Bedroom features a Queen-size bed, mounted Smart TV, and convenient access to the shared full bathroom, also equipped with a shower/tub combination.

The kids will love having their own space in the Bonus Room, complete with Twin-over-Twin bunk beds and a Smart TV—perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day at the beach.

The inviting living room features a comfortable sectional with plenty of seating for the entire family, along with another Smart TV for everyone to enjoy.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. Whether you're cooking a family dinner or ordering takeout, you can gather around the table or step onto the balcony and enjoy your meal while taking in the spectacular Gulf views.

Beach Chairs & Umbrellas
Sometimes previous guests leave behind beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys they've purchased during their stay. If these items are clean and in good condition, we may leave them for future guests to enjoy.
Beach equipment can also be purchased inexpensively at many local stores. Seasonal beach vendors offer comfortable chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rental. Simply look for an available setup or speak with the attendant for assistance.

What We Provide
All bed linens and bath towels are provided. A complete list of included items, along with helpful suggestions on what to bring, will be emailed to you after booking.

Please Note:
- The administrative fee and credit card processing fee are non-refundable after booking.
- No pets.
- No smoking.
- Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent and must provide valid ID.

Winter Monthly Reservations / Snowbirds
For November, December, January, and February, we primarily prefer full-month reservations, especially during January and February. For an accurate monthly quote, please enter your dates as: Check-in: First day of the month and Check-out: First day of the following month.
If you are interested in monthly rates for November and/or December, please inquire.
Monthly restrictions for January and February will be removed by November 30 if those months have not yet been reserved.

Upcoming Building Maintenance
Please review the following scheduled maintenance if your stay falls within these dates. Discounts apply during these periods.
-Work is expected to take place daily from approximately 7:00 a.m. until dusk. Guests should anticipate increased construction noise, particularly during grinding and preparation phases.
-Club Door Project: September 15 – October 1
The doors located above the outdoor pool area will be replaced during this period. For the safety of residents and guests, the indoor/outdoor pool and spa will be closed for the duration of the project.
- Parking Lot Resurfacing & Restriping: September 14 – September 20 Weather permitting.

Parking Passes & Wristbands
Paring Passes and Wristbands are included in your booking.
- Parking passes: $60 each, maximum of 2
- Wristbands: $2 each, maximum of 6 per Seawind 1707
