Welcome to Seawind 1501, your luxurious Gulf-front retreat in Gulf Shores! This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bath corner unit on the 15th floor offers unparalleled views of the Gulf of Mexico, ensuring a vacation experience like no other.

As you step into this exquisite condo, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting interior, adorned with upscale furnishings and modern amenities. The open-concept living area is the perfect space to relax and unwind, featuring comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and balcony access. Step out onto the large corner balcony and be mesmerized by the breathtaking views of the Gulf, providing the ideal backdrop for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset.

The Primary suite is a luxurious retreat, boasting a plush King bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private bath. Wake up to stunning Gulf views and step out onto the balcony for a breath of fresh air. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and ample space for rest and relaxation. Meanwhile, the bunk room is perfect for the kids, with a Full-Over-Full bunk bed and individual flat-screen TVs for each bed, ensuring entertainment for all.

The complex also features a well-equipped fitness center for those who wish to stay active. For outdoor dining and socializing, there's a convenient grilling area.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Perfect getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at the Seawind. The check-in and checkout process was seamless. The property was well stocked for daily cooking. It was kid friendly, but still decorated very lovely. The condo property was kid and ADA friendly, as well as easy access to the beach. We are very pleased with our stay.

Good unit, busy HOA

Firstly the unit is very nice. The location is great and family friendly. Great view from balcony, and loved the bunk beds. The hallway outside the front door smelled like urine. The HOA is very busy. We were told the pool/hot tub were going to be closed due to being worked on, but day before we arrived we were told they did indeed open. Also during our stay the parking garage was being worked on, as was the water supply and we received texts regarding these. Also got a msg that a maintenance person needed to get into our place our last day. Lots of communication, and lots of work gets done seemingly on a regular basis. Property owner said that's why they've added a contract clause saying amenities are not guaranteed. All in all, a good stay but risky due to HOA work.

1st family vacation

The room was exactly like the pictures, and the view was far more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Waking up, having a cup of coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise,feeling the calms breeze and the view of dolphins jumping across the ocean every morning and night was a memory my kids and I will cherish forever.My only complaint was the pool and jacuzzi were out of service so we missed that, but the kiddie zone was open. Came in handy for my kids to jump in and get all the sand off before heading up to our room. The other thing, there were a few light fixtures that did not work. And this unit was in the corner, directly across from a trash chute...and the horrid smell lingered in the rooms for a few days. Apart from that, I will most likely booking again in the future...hoping those problems are fixed.

Perfect beach vacation rental

We loved our stay here! We had 4 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of space for all of us. It has a great view from the balcony. We enjoyed the sunrise and listening to the waves from the balcony. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with different types of pots and pans (stainless steel and nonstick). The plates bowls and cups were all glass or ceramic. We have toddlers, we brought plastic so nothing broke. The couch was cozy and fit all 6 of us with room to spare. We enjoyed some of the games provided.

We loved the condo . Beautiful decorated . Loved that is was a corner unit . Easy access to the beach. Just steps away. Nice having restaurant next door right on the beach . Would love to rent again.

Spacious Condo at Seawind

Our family had a great stay at Seawind 1501. The process and communication with the property management was great. The condo is very spacious and exactly as described. The attention to detail with decorations were an added plus. The unit had everything needed for a good family vacation.

All good

We stayed for 8 nights, two families with kids. Unit was cleean, the started kit with TP, papertowels, etc was provided. Kitchen was stuffed with all the needed utensil, pots, dishes, all were in very good/new condition. Kids bunkbeds were good size for 2 kids to sleep in each bed. It definitely helped having washer and drier in the condo, we used it daily. We had an issue with elevators not working properly one day, which was no fault of the owners, but Liquid Life rep was quick to respond to text messages and reached to HOA on our behalf. It was fixed later that day and we had no issues for the rest of the stay. The property grounds were clean and well maintained, we saw worke every morning cleaning pool, pathway, sidewalks. There is a beach toys share box in the garage where peoleave toys, boards, etc for others to use. We were walking distance to Hangout and other shops. Loved it and can't wait to came back next year!

Condo was nice. Property was average. Parking was confusing. Only 1 elevator in service the majority of our stay. Pool was small and very dated. Check out was at 10 and cleaning people were waiting outside our door for us to leave at 9:50 while we were trying to pack up.

Seawind Getaway

The property was a great location! The host communicated with me everyday. I had some issues that I notified the host about and they offered to take care of it while we were there. Just be aware of the 24-hour ice machine in the parking area, it ran out of ice but you don’t know if the machine is empty until after you pay. I notified our host of this and they contacted the property HOA. Overall, a really nice time!
