Seain is Believin / Beachfront Condo with Large Balcony/Conveniently Located

SEAIN IS BELIEVIN is a beach front condo located at Ocean House 1 on the 6th floor. Physical address is 957 West Beach Blvd., Gulf Shores, Alabama. It is approximately one mile down the west beach from the Hang Out Restaurant on the beach side. Bahama Bobs Restaurant, Pier 33 convenience store and many other restaurants are within walking distance. There are also many recreational and fun things to do within a mile of the condo. Seain is Believin has recently been updated with coastal decor and the view is amazing! Each of the bedrooms have comfortable beds, with two double beds in the guest room and a king bed in the master. Each bedroom has a wall mounted t.v. Also, the sofa in the den is a queen size sofa sleeper. If you want to stay in and cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, serving dishes and many utensils. If you enjoy coffee, the kitchen also has a Mr.Coffee and a Keurig coffee maker. The complex includes one zero entrance pool and two kiddie pools located at each end. There is also a pergola located at each end of the pool for shade! BBQ Grills, drink and snack vending machines, and restrooms are conveniently located by the pool.
Come and enjoy the view of the sunrise and sunset from the balcony with the sound of waves crashing in the background. You might catch a glimpse of dolphins swimming nearby! Once you stay here it’s hard to leave this beautiful piece of paradise! So, book now and have a vacation you’ll always remember!

This property was exactly as described and pictured. Everything was clean. The kitchen was well-appointed. The balcony seating was sufficient and comfortable. Parking was very convenient. The pool and beach access were perfect for our family. Communication with the owners was always timely and courteous. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Retreat

So so pleased with our stay at Seain' is Believin'. There wasn't a single thing we didn't appreciate and enjoy. Perfectly appointed spaces, super convenient location, parking and attendant were easy and reassuring, nearness to beach access and pool, relaxing decor in every room, great porch and porch furniture. We felt such rest and peace in this space. Would definitely recommend and will be so happy to return again. Thank you!!

Our Stay

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We were close by to everything! The view from our balcony was beautiful, to the white sandy beach, to watching dolphins out in the ocean practically every morning! Weather was beautiful every day and the pool was wonderful! Would definitely come back again! Mary and Jeff were very accommodating. Had a little problem getting in the door due to the latch and Jeff had someone out immediately to fix!

Beyond Expectations!

From day 1, Jeff and Mary were quick to respond to my questions and confirmed my booking very quickly. The condo was fabulous! We did a lot of cooking in the condo and it was stocked with everything we needed. The large balcony that extended from the family room to the master provided AMAZING views. There’s a lot to be said for being able to roll over in bed and see the waves. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. Beach access could not be any easier. There were no long walks lugging chairs and tubes. A quick elevator and a short walk past the pool made it so convenient. The condo was tastefully decorated with a perfect coastal vibe, having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient as was close access to the trash chute out the front door. We had plenty of towels and the beds were very comfortable. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you, Jeff and Mary for sharing your happy place with my family!
