During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Great Stay

This is a great location! It only took us 5 minutes to get basically anywhere we wanted to go. The checkin and checkout process was really easy! We will rent from Young’s again!

Nice Place

We enjoyed our trip. My one issue was the internet. On the listing it stated internet but on my check in it didn’t give us a wi-fi password. We had no service for our phones and when attempting to look up things to do it was difficult. I contacted the management property and they stated if we had wi-go we would have received the password in our check in email. We didn’t even though the listing said internet. May have been an assumption on our end. Check in and out was super smooth. Condo was nice. Cooling of condo wasn’t the best. It didn’t seem consistent. Would get super cold then super hot while set at the same setting. Nice condo, pool and hot tub. Great beach access too.

Overall nice condo. Great pool and beach access. Easy to watch older kids at pool from balcony. One individual chair wobbly upon arrival, as well as bathroom door panel loose from sticking when closed. Also stove drawer off track. A little tough to notify of early arrival.

Loved the view and condo!

Had one great afternoon on the beach, before they closed everything down because of virus! I called three times before we got here to make sure everything was okay. There were like 20 tenants total and they even closed pool. I took my granddaughter because she loves the beach and I love spending time with them. The condo was great and the view was amazing, just had to come home early because everything closed!

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue was the “covered parking”. The listing shows it has a marked space under the building and it does not. That was the only issue. The condo was perfect and the view was amazing.
