Sanibel 307 is a beautifully furnished three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo located on West Beach in Gulf Shores, AL. This stunning unit offers the best of both worlds with beautiful Gulf views on one side and peaceful sunset lagoon views on the opposite side. The condo is designed for comfort and relaxation, offering an ideal space for family and friends to enjoy their stay.

Impeccably decorated by a local designer, the condo features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and seating for 10, making it easy to prepare meals and entertain. The living area is perfect for unwinding, with a large flat-screen TV for watching your favorite movies and sports events. A dining table and barstools provide additional seating for meals and socializing.

The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and private balcony access, allowing you to enjoy the stunning views right from your room. The second bedroom features a queen bed along with a twin-over-full bunk bed, while the third bedroom also has a queen bed. The living room offers a queen sofa sleeper for extra guests. Every bedroom is equipped with a TV and DVD player, ensuring everyone has their own space to relax and unwind.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Beginning May 16th, 2025, all reservations will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Our visit was spectacular! The condo was perfect. Great location & proximity to the beach. The condo was clean & spacious. I would stay there again & recommend to others. The only issue i had was communication from the host. They did not communicate details about check in like they should have....I had to ask questions about the check in process so it would be stress free. Communication needs to be better.

Wonderful rental to stay in. Very clean and comfortable to stay at. Pool was nice to have when we could not go in the water at the beach. Maintenance was very friendly and willing to help with any issues. But here were my issues. In the confirmation there was no where on there which unit you will be staying in. So in that fact, you almost think someone is ripping you off. So I had to text management on that. I had to text management for the code and received it about 2 hours before check in. And then try and find the code box where to get the keys was very confusing. Directions or a location of where this is would be very helpful. And then you have to pay for parking in cash which was to be expected but where do you get that. No clue and no details to tell you. Had to asking security guard that was giving me a warning ticket. When getting a lot of info, it was pretty vague. For being very organized person, this was pretty stressful to say the least and hoping everything will turn out okay. Still going to say it was a great stay just need to update the information that is presented so the vacations don’t have to be so worrisome.

Place was perfect- I brought my daughter and a couple of friends to Hang Out fest, and this place was perfect. I had a relaxing vacation and the girls enjoyed their time on the beach and at the festival. The unit had plenty of room for all of us and was equipped. Thank you.

We stayed for 2 weeks. The unit is very large and spacious. More than enough room for the 9 of us! Large balcony on front and a small back balcony off the master overlooking the bay. Plenty of parking too! The walk to the beach was much shorter than expected. The beds were a little firm for our liking but definitely wouldn’t stop us from renting again. You’ll never find a bed like your home bed. The only complaint we had was the key and lock to get in the unit. We didn’t report it but could definitely use some maintenance. Sometimes it would take a couple minutes of jiggling the knob before you could turn the key and unlock the door. The water was so clear during our stay. Tons of fish, even a large manatee swam by! The unit/beach isn’t crowded which is a huge plus in my opinion. Yet it was so close to all the shops and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay at Sanibel 307. Another plus is they don’t require a Saturday to Saturday stay which is impossible to do with my husband’s work schedule.

Great place to stay- beautiful condo- had everything we needed for our trip! Beach accessible, accessible to stores and restaurants- yet still quiet! The only downside was that the pool and hot tub were under maintenance- thanks for the memories!

Did miss the pool, poor timing for repairs and too late to make arrangements on a different rental when notified the pool would not be available. First trip to Gulf Shores and would consider staying in the same location.

We had problems with outside furniture blowing again glass balcony windows and lots of banging throughout the high winds and storming. Storms blew 3 of the chairs off the balcony. So I was afraid to open it and move the table until wind calmed down. The cables from the roof got twisted up and banged again master bedroom balcony wall throughout the night Friday and Sat. I do understand it was the stormy weather. Which You have no control over, but was not a relaxing vacation at all. Nothing to do with the rental but my van got lots of hail damage. So this was our worst vacation to date.
