Todo sobre el complejo de 142 unidades de San Carlos ha sido diseñado para ofrecerle la mejor experiencia de vacaciones posible, incluida la deseable piscina de entrada cero perfecta para toda la familia. Este condominio en la esquina oeste de 1568 pies cuadrados en el 4to piso cuenta con una terraza lo suficientemente grande para comer al aire libre o simplemente disfrutar del atardecer. Las ventanas del piso al techo ofrecen una vista sin obstáculos del Golfo de México. Mientras esté aquí, asegúrese de disfrutar de la bañera de hidromasaje en el baño principal, aprovechar la barra húmeda, la máquina de hielo independiente y mantenerse conectado con el WIFI gratuito. Esta unidad libre de humo cuenta con grandes televisores de pantalla plana, decoración de primer nivel y lavadora / secadora grandes.

LOVED it!!!!

This place was exactly as listed! Very clean upon arrival, each room had its own bathroom which was amazing! View was amazing from the first time that you stepped foot inside! Had every kitchen amenity needed for cooking. Came with “starter pack” essentials to get you by. If you need more.. Dollar General and market within walking distance. Having a washer and dryer was huge with as many as we had staying there. Communication was great. No problems when calling in. Few outlets that didn’t work, but plenty others to choose from. Overall VERY satisfied and we were all disappointed to have to go back to reality. 😜 Pool was great for kiddos to play in and we watched them clean it daily. Plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops in walking distance as well. Would defiantly book again! Room 409 was top notch in our book!

Nice condo but cleaners need to work harder

The condo is beautiful however the cleaners need to actually make sure to fully clean the property. There was tons of sand and dust and we and around all furniture. We had the floors swept/vacuumed better than the cleaners did. It could use a little touch up but overall nice. The communication between the rental company and cleaners is also terrible. We were told it would be no issue to get us in a couple hours early since no one else had requested early check in and once we got there the property hadn’t been touched. We were told it would be a little longer and called back an hour and a half later still nothing. An hour before check in they told us just a few more minutes and we finally got the code 5 minutes before 5 so don’t expect them to do much to help.

Nice condo within Walking Distance to Food and Fun

This condo was a great location with amazing amenities. The beds were comfy and the main gathering spaces and balcony was perfect for meals and relaxing. The property has a beautiful beach access, ice for purchase on site, bbq grills, a super clean zero-clearance entry pool, and they even have a beach umbrella & chair rental company at the beach entrance. It was so convenient for our entire family including the kids. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants, and other activities near the condo as well. The property management company was easy to work with and answered all of our questions promptly. We would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a fun beach vacation.

Great Stay for a Great Price!

This trip was last minute, so I was hesitant to find anything and then I found this one! For the amount it was, this condo completely exceeded expectations! Right on the beach, clean rooms, comfortable furniture, stocked kitchen, and just such a perfect place! I was always up to date with what was going on with the condo because the owners or managers of the condo were emailing and texting. Always in contact! We all enjoyed our stay in this condo and will recommend to others!

Gorgeous condo, beautiful beach and great location!!

Wow! This condo is awesome!! No expense was spared to furnish this condo...it's so beautiful!!! We had five adults and two children (3yo and 5yo) that were perfectly accommodated. The space and layout couldn't be better. The beds and pillows were sooooo comfortable, TVs in the bed rooms are a plus too! We loved the deck furniture and the picturesque view!! It does sleep ten but there are barely enough kitchen utensils and plates for five. The kitchen could use a deep cleaning and more essentials, ie; pans, coffee mugs, silverware ...other than that our stay was perfect!!

Great place

This condo is very nicely furnished and comfortable. Perfect location. It is bare bones though. There are no extra blankets. It said it sleeps 10 but there aren’t towels and kitchen plates/utensils for 10. For the price we have stayed at very nice units in this building with additional items to make it feel more comfortable. Again- clean, comfortable beds, just needed a few more things for comfort we are used to having at rentals in this building.

Fun family beach vacation

We had a good time and this condo met our needs. I liked being close to the pool, but some may not. The location of the building is great. There are a few things that are worn out or could be cleaned a little better, they do not provide much at all as far as towels, toilet paper, etc., and parking is tight.

Beautiful!!!!

The property is beautiful!!! We had a wonderful stay. Great location. We were able to walk to just about everything. The only reason I give it a 4 star is because I was not impressed with the management of the property. This was our first time to Gulf Shores so we had no idea what to expect. Had no idea the yearly Hangout music fest would be going on. The roads to the Condo were blocked so if your not familiar with the roads or the area it was hard to figure out how to get to the Condo. Management did not feel this was their concern when I called to get some direction of what to do. I guess they just collect the money, they don't care if you get there. The place is beautiful but we did look around and found some great comparable places for our next trip. Gulf Shores is worth returning back to. Absolutely beautiful!

Great condo, great complex, great location

San Carlos 409 is a great condo! Plenty of room, well appointed and beautifully decorated. Even better than the photos, because the carpet has been replaced with really nice laminate throughout. The sofa is big and comfy for the whole family. The balcony is spacious with lots of chairs. We loved our condo and would rent again.

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view and plenty of room for everyone! Only issue we had was the condo was not cleaned properly. I did take into consideration that it was spring break and they had back to back rentals but when you pay a lot to stay somewhere nice and clean, you expect better. Our comforter had a big stain and guest services sent someone right away but we never got the comforter back. I called the next day about the comforter I the guest room also being dirty and no one ever got back with me. Other then that we had a great stay and everything else was wonderful.

Location was excellent

The condo fit our family perfectly. The view, the rooms, the furnishings were very, very wonderful. The condo management was not quite so good. When we arrived five lightbulbs were burned out and it took 24 hours for one ceiling light to be replaced. I was told that the person who had to replace it had "other things to do"! We also had to go buy essentials like dish soap and TP. We've stayed in VRBO four times before and this was the first time that the places were so poorly supplied. Also there wasn't a broom or dustpan so we couldn't keep up with sweeping up sand all week....Odd?! My final problem was there was a separate booking charge on my credit card statement. That confused me and because I didn't recognize what the second charge was and my call to the number listed on my credit card statement didn't answer my question (I was on hold for 30 minutes ), I had my credit card number changed. At first, I thought the second charge was a phony charge. I've never had a separate booking charge before when using VRBO and felt this was a "hidden" charge that should have been explained more clearly. So I would recommend this location, but be warned of the peculiar management and booking aspects of this property.

Overall a good stay

The stay was nice we just had a few problems from the beginning with the sleeper sofa being torn up and our first night we had to sleep two 50+ aged women on the floor but the next day they tried to make it right by changing out the sleeper frame on the sofa and didn't change the worn out mattress. So they bought us a queen size sleeper mattress and that night which was Friday they tried to sleep on that and it had a slow leak so we had to keep blowing it up. Cleaners need to do a better job at cleaning but Overall a good condo and stay for my family girls trip.
