Welcome to San Carlos 1108, a spacious beachfront condo located in Gulf Shores, AL. This unit offers breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches from your private balcony, accessible through large sliding glass doors from the living area.

With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this unit comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private balcony access, while the guest bedroom also offers a king bed. A queen sofa bed is available in the living room for additional sleeping space. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

The fully appointed kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and entertain, making this the perfect spot to enjoy your Gulf Shores vacation.

For a rejuvenating experience, visit the sauna, or maintain your fitness routine in the well-equipped fitness room. The grilling area provides the perfect setting for a delightful beachside barbecue. The location is unbeatable, with the famous Hangout and a variety of centrally located restaurants and activities all within walking distance.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Your parking pass(es) and wristbands must be purchased at the front desk on the 3rd floor at San Carlos upon arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS

Mini vacation

This condo was is a great location. Staff was very kind and communication was very fast and helpful.The condo was cleaned and well equipped. Our stay was wonderful and very enjoyable. The only thing we had an issue with was where we was to get a parking pass on property. It may have been listed and I may have over looked it but it's on the third floor. Very easy to find once we asked around. We will definitely be back. Thank you for being so easy to work with!

Gulf Shores Get-Away

The location is amazing! The unit could use just a few items to make the stay more comfortable (especially considering the price of the unit compared to others in San Carlos). Those few items are: HAIR DRYER. The listing notes hair dryers in each bathroom, there were zero in the unit. FULL-LENGTH MIRROR. EXHAUST FAN OVER STOVE-TOP. It gets steamy, and greasy and the exhaust fan/microwave not working makes the kitchen more steamy. PARKING. The listing does not note that there is an additional parking fee. (This is noted after booking in the renter's agreement... maybe?) TOILET PAPER. There was 1 roll per bathroom for 4 adults to stay for 7 nights. Again, for the price being charged in fees, not having to go to the store to buy toilet paper would have been appreciated. CEILING FAN NOISE. The primary bedroom has a loud ceiling fan. Again, the location to the beach and Gulf Shores was great (as are all the units within San Carlos) A few considerations within this particular unit would have made the rating higher. We had friends at the San Carlos. 1 stayed on the 7th floor, 1 on the 9th floor, 1 on the Penthouse floor. All were better options for less money.

Great stay

Loved spending time in your lovely condo. It took us a bit of time trying to check in. For some reason, we had the code but not the unit number. The front desk people were able to eventually find the property manager and figure it out. Unit is well stocked and comfortable with, of course, an excellent view!Thank you!!

Perfect Location to attend NCAA Volleyball

The property was perfect for our needs...it was actually bigger than we needed (for just the two of us) but it was similarly priced to a single hotel room next door, and a much nicer space to be able to work, relax and spread out. I would stay again!

Nice condo. We really enjoyed our vacation & time together. San Carlos has always been a favorite of ours. The condo could use a few upgrades for the price. Needs new kitchen appliances & upgrades to balcony furniture. Also issues with the kitchen drain.

Clean and convenient

Quick weekend trip!condo was very clean and the master is roomy. The beds are hard and not what we are used to. And I wasn’t aware that we would have to pay for parking. …. But really those are my only complaints! Overall I would stay again! The elevator lobby is indoors and air conditioned so that was very nice!

Great place, with a few buts...

The condo was clean and linens were all clean with no stains. The kitchen was pretty sparsely equipped, but manageable. What wasn't mentioned was that there is a very strong sewage smell that comes from the laundry area or AC in the unit. It was horrible. We had to air out the unit daily. It is also not mentioned that you have to pay for a parking pass and there's NO parking. There are not enogh spaces on the property to park, so you're forced to park in overflow parking across a busy street.There's was a lot of smoking of cigarettes and weed on the patios even though it's, "not permitted." Overall the complex was always clean and the staff was helpful and very nice.

Our 2022 vacation

Everything was outstanding the condo was clean and very spacious great view of the gulf. The only issue and it was a minor one was the shower in the master bedroom was kind of small, and no shelves to put your shampoos and stuff. Other than that minor issue it was an overall great experience.

Great Location!

This was our first visit to Gulf Shores. The condo was just as pictured. It had more of a hotel feel rather than a ‘beachy’ condo feel. Some things that could be added to this unit are a light over the kitchen table. The shower in the master bathroom did not have any place to put a bar of soap, razor, wash cloth or shampoo bottle. It would have to go on the floor of the shower. We did have a few issues that I shared with the property manager. Hopefully these issues are addressed before the next family arrives. The location is perfect!! Very short walk to the beach. There were always beach chairs available to rent. The pool was great, loved the zero entry. The availability of air to blow up pool toys was awesome! Ice vending machine was a nice touch too. We would definitely stay at San Carlos again (but not this unit)!
