  • Welcome to Salty Stingray in Gulf Shores! This condo has been completely renovated and updated and is waiting for you! We have supplied about everything you need for a perfect vacation.

    Salty Stingray is located in the Sea & Sun complex directly across the street from the beach on West Beach. The complex is 1.5 miles from the main beach intersection. It is close enough to access everything in Gulf Shores but far enough away to be out of the busy traffic.

    What you will enjoy at Salty Stingray:

    * Stacked washer/dryer with detergent and dryer sheets
    * Room for luggage and personal items
    * Beach chairs and toys for your convenience

    On the complex grounds you can enjoy the sparkling pool, tables, and lounge chairs. A charcoal grill, picnic tableland bike rack are on the north end of the property. Park for free under the long building or in any of the spots at the north and south ends of the complex. (DO NOT park under any cottages!)

    We are 1.5 miles from the main beach intersection and The Hangout. The Beach House Kitchen & Cocktails and Waves grocery are three properties west, and you can walk there. Rouses Grocery and Walmart are 3.5 miles, Waterville is three miles, and OWA amusement park is just up Hwy 59 in Foley.

    As a local resident, I personally inspect and maintain the unit regularly to ensure the property remains in top condition.

    The building is raised and the condo is on the first floor. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. Please ensure you are able to climb a flight of stairs before booking.

    ~ $300 SECURITY DEPOSIT (Refunded if not damage, missing items, evidence of smoking)

    ~ Complex is ACROSS THE STREET from the beach.
    ~ Dogs are not allowed on Gulf Shores beaches.

Great stay in Gulf Shores!

We had a great stay in April at the Salty Stingray! Walkable to beach, clean pool in full sun, close to several restaurants and groceries! Would stay again and would recommend to a friend.

We enjoyed our week at Salthy Stingray. Melissa was wonderful to work with and answered all questions. It was great that we could have our dog Penny with us. The apartment was clean and the kitchen well stocked with things we needed to eat some of our meals in. The location is great!

The perfect place for a getaway

This cozy condo is the perfect place for a getaway to the gulf. It has everything you could possibly need for your stay. It was very comfortable and the decor was beautiful! Melissa was a great help! Thank you for the perfect place to stay for our trip!

Lovely condo

This condo is absolutely wonderful. The entire place was so clean and decorated so well. We had one little hiccup during our stay and Melissa was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again!!

One of the best places

This cozy condo was perfect for our long weekend trip. It was very clean and renovated very nicely. The property manager was very nice and accommodating. Easy to get in touch with if needed. We could not have asked for a better stay.

Beach and baseball

Came down for the gulf coast classic baseball tournament. Room was as advertised. Great location and clean. Will definitely book again for next years tournament.

Nothing Salty about the Salty Stingray

Absolutely loved my stay! Communication with owner was quick and easy. No issues whatsoever, and will definitely have to book another stay. I’d say the only issue was with loud college kid filled room next door, but it was spring break so can’t help the fun they were trying to have.

Great stay!

Amazing place and convenient! I loved that it had it all, washer, dryer, iron, pool, and close to the beach! Melissa went the extra mile! She surprised us with a special, kind, gesture for our wedding stay. We plan to stay again… also very affordable and quick to respond to any needs while you stay.

Beautifully remodeled condo

My husband and I went on a last minute trip to Gulf Shores and found this wonderful condo! It appears to have been recently remodeled and the owners did a fantastic job! We were more than happy with our stay. You have to cross the street to get to the beach and the walkway is down the block so you should consider this if you like to bring a lot to the beach. We would love to stay again!

GREAT CONDO

We enjoyed our stay so much. VERY cute and VERY clean, fully stocked condo! Loved that it was pet friendly also and a short walk to the beach! My only suggestion would be to stock a little extra toilet paper, paper towels and give more that one dish rag. Over all I give this condo a 10!!!

The Salty Stingray was an exceptional stay. Well-appointed with comfortable furnishings, kitchen and kitchenware, and a very comfortable bed and bathroom. Everything was clean and welcoming. The host, Melissa, is very friendly, helpful and attentive. The Salty Stingray is also pet-friendly and has a nice potty area at the rear of property. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the location is great (a few minutes drive to center of Gulf Shores and a couple minutes walk to Waves beach store). Short walk to the beach across the street. We really enjoyed it and will definitely stay here again.

Relaxing, Convenient, Perfect

The apartment was exactly as advertised, communication with our hostess was immediate and friendly, the beach was across the street, and it was easy to eat there or enjoy eating out. Next time, though, we won’t go spring break season but that’s not an issue with this space. Highly recommend!!!
