Welcome to Navy Cove Harbor, the perfect destination catering to the whole family and especially designed for avid fishermen. This condo offers a vast array of amenities suited to those who love to fish. Boasting a private 16,000-pound boat lift (included with your rental), a fish cleaning station, a grilling area, a boat ramp, and ample space for your boat trailer on-site, it provides a paradise for fishing enthusiasts. However, if fishing isn't your passion, this spacious and comfortable condo offers an array of delightful amenities. From pools and hot tubs to a BBQ area, a private white sand beach on the bay, and a long boardwalk with a gazebo offering stunning wildlife and scenery views. The complex is situated next to the Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge, with only three miles from your boat launch to the opening of the Gulf of Mexico. Take in breathtaking sunsets from the large balcony – it's the perfect spot for a cup of coffee or just to unwind.

This condo features a large living room with a comfortable sectional (including a queen sleeper) and a beautiful bay view. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary endeavors. Stay connected with free wireless internet access. The master bedroom includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, and stunning bay views. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a TV. Additionally, a washer and dryer are available in the unit for your convenience. Gather your family and enjoy a relaxing stay at Navy Cove, indulging in its wonderful amenities.

For the Winter Season (January and February), reservations made before October 1st necessitate a minimum 60-day stay. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, subject to unit specifications.

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are required, the first parking pass will be paid for in the initial reservation, one additional is available for purchase upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. Each reservation allows for a maximum of 2 parking passes and 2 cars. Linens are provided, excluding beach towels. A "starter set" of essentials is included in the reservation.
Policies: Renters must be at least 25 years old, with photo ID required at check-in. No Smoking or Pets are permitted.
Contact us for monthly "Snowbird" rates available from November through February!

Check-in was simple however you have to physically go to the office which is 25 minutes away from the rental to pick up the key. There is a lock box near the front door of the rental that the key could easily be placed in to avoid this inconvenience. I would recommend using the lock box or updating to a keyless digital entry.

Navy cove condo

Property is great layout is great made a great short trip for my wife and i red snapper fishing only reason it wasn’t excellent was the cleanliness and not a shot at the owners or rental company I’m not a complainer the place was great. I believe whoever cleaned he place was in a hurry the beds and towels were clean but the showers were not wiped down lots of hair in the master bathroom 2nd bathroom had hair on the floor none of the floors in the unit appeared to have been swept or mopped and the carpets were not vacuumed. The furniture was great just needed vacuuming lots of crumbs on the furniture i little extra cleaning would go along way we just brushed it off and enjoyed a fantastic weekend of red snapper fishing !

Great stay

Beautiful, peaceful property. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels, everything we needed for cooking was available and was clean. Wonderful view of the bay and the ocean.

Clean, good location, quiet (we went in the off season). Well equipped kitchen. Nice access to gulf and bay sides of the water via walking and a few minutes drive to Fort Morgan and the ferry. Would stay again.

A few dissapointments

Overall I would give a 5 star rating for location and boat slip amenities. The condo was clean and great view of the boat slip. Because the check in process was taxing and the condo was poorly stocked with necessities I rated with a 3 star. There were only 2 rolls of TP, 1 roll of paper towels. Only 2 trash bags, and there was only a sample size of dish washing soap. These are basic necessities and should have been better stocked. The checking process needs to be upgraded , I had to stop at a separate location 30 mins away to check in and because I was towing my boat it was difficult to find parking at the check in location. They should upgrade to a digital check in with keyless card or atleast a key lock box at the condo complex. Overall I give the condo a 4 star rating. I liked the location and the bonus of f having my boat right out my back door .

Condo was represented well from photos. Located near Fort Morgan so away from a lot of the spring break tourists and traffic (about 15 minutes to Gulf Shores). Beach was just a few minute walk. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Nice on the inside

Navy Cove looked a little worn on the outside but I don’t think they have fully recovered from Sally. The biggest issue was that the elevators were not working so it was difficult for our friend who had knee issues. The inside of the condo was clean and beautiful.

Beautiful view and condo

Elevator was not working so that was not good. Residents said its been down for months! We were not told this. Also when we got there the condo smelled of mildew had to air it out. Condo was very nice and view was wonderful. Pools didn't get much sun. :(

Check in was okay, I’m disabled and needed an elevator. I called to make sure it was working and they said it was working. When we get there the elevator is not working so we were very unhappy !!!! We moved the next day cause they wouldn’t answer their phone that evening. Very unsatisfied.

Secluded location on peninsula with Mobile Bay to north and Gulf of Mexico to south. Self contained with boat slip 8 - 10' access & launch. Perfect kayak fishing marina for speckled and white trout. Gulf beach walking distance to south.

Great place!

My husband, me , my in-laws , and our two children enjoyed our stay, it was a great location and short trip to beach. We enjoyed our view of the lagoon every morning. Condo was very clean.

Great Condo

Check-in was very easy and fast. The condo is very well maintained by owners and maintenance staff. Easy walk to the beach. Will be staying in this condo our next trip to Fort Morgan!

Great beach stay

We loved this condo so much! The location was incredible and it had the best views of the marina. Easy boat access and great communication with the property manager. Plenty of space and everything you would need in the kitchen besides spices. We can’t wait to come back!

A wonderful relaxing week

The condo was so nice . The beds were so comfortable, the furniture was very nice . The views were great . The cleaning crew could have done a little better job because the stove top was not clean and there was heavy dust along all the baseboards . ( I have bad allergies ). Other than that, it was a great stay .
