BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 4 U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Just say NO to Best Of Both Worlds.

Booked the house in July for Thanksgiving. Ow ners canceled our reservation one week before we were to arrive. Supposedly due to constru tion. Why would you plan construction, when you know the house has been rented. Thought it was very Tacky of them. Messed up family trip.☹️👎

So much potential, it's a shame!!

This spacious place in a lovely location has so much potential... A huge problem for us was that the internet stopped working day 1 after a power outage in the area. I have to be able to work with internet while away. A maintenance person was sent day 2 of our trip, and he stayed for a pretty long time .but could never get it working. He called the property owner who then called the ISP, but we were left with "basically there's nothing we can do. It's probably a tower issue." The internet never came back on, and we were never contacted by your Beachball Properties nor the property owner to check. We had to use all the data available in our mobile plan as a hotspot while there. Also,on Day 1 of the trip the door code we were given stopped working and had to call for a reset at 11pm that night while standing outside in the dark. The stove top only has one working eye out of 4, and the oven was not reliable for cooking, which presented us with a problem since we planned to cook meals. The shower heads are too low for most males in our family. The den furniture is barely functional... too low and uncomfortable/unsupportive to sit on for long. My in-laws resorted to sitting in their folding cloth camp chairs rather than sitting on the couch or chairs provided. Then there are basic upkeep things like floors that are buckling, blinds that didn't function properly, etc. On our next to last day a realtor knocked wanting to show the property, with no warning from Beachball P.
