The complex was good and the room met all accommodations, we enjoyed our stay 100%. The traffic in the elevators and accessibility to the elevators was difficult to work with as they were always full at times and had to wait 3 to 4 times to catch and elevator.

Me, my husband, and my in laws really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean, and the property amenities were very enjoyable! Overall was a great stay with the exception of the floors. Clean to the eye but dirty to feet. Wouldn't really have been a big deal if other reviews didn't have the same complaint. Hopefully the issue was taken care of.. reclining chairs a little uncomfortable. Everything else was great and would recommend this room.

Great Location with everything you need to relax on vacation

This is our 2nd year returning to Crystal Shores West. Once again the condo was very clean with all minor amenities needed for cleaning and cooking. (Dishwashing, trash bags, pots, pans, cups, plates, etc..) The patio is very relaxing after a long day either on the beach or traveling to other locations. We did various day trips headed out to Floribama for some boating, out to Destin for the boardwalk, and others. The location of a straight shot to many locations and nearby dining locations is fabulous. For those that wish to be on the beach during the day, and cook at night, the condo provides a lot of the typical necessities. We had a great time, and looking forward to coming back next year.
