We recently stayed at this property and had several issues that impacted our overall experience.On the first night, our entire family was accidentally locked out on the balcony. Thankfully, we had a phone with us and were able to call for help. After waiting about 45 minutes with no update, we called again—maintenance had just arrived. The technician mentioned this had never happened before, but could see how the lock mechanism might malfunction if not fully engaged.That same evening, we set the thermostat to 70F, but the temperature never dropped below 73F. We reported it the next day. Maintenance came to check but couldn’t fix it, so they called in a professional HVAC technician who resolved the issue later that night. While maintenance technician was apologetic, we never received any communication or apology from VRBO or Liquid Life Rentals regarding the inconvenience.Our group included five people, but we were only given four key fobs for accessing restricted areas—one of which didn’t work. This left us with only three functioning fobs to share, which was inconvenient.The unit itself was okay—clean, but the furniture is showing signs of wear and tear. It’s nothing fancy, and given the multiple issues we experienced, it affected how enjoyable our stay was overall.
