Situated on the 7th floor in Gulf Shores, this condo invites you to unwind to the soothing sound of waves against the shore.

Step into the Primary suite, where comfort meets luxury. Featuring a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath, this room is a haven of relaxation. The second bedroom is equally welcoming with its own King bed and flat-screen TV, perfect for a restful sleep after a day at the beach. Additionally, the living room houses a sofa sleeper, allowing the unit to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

One of the highlights of Crystal Shores 702 is its fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless appliances and granite counters. Whether you're whipping up a quick snack or a full meal, this kitchen has everything you need for your culinary adventures.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Crystal Shores features a unique indoor/outdoor swim-through pool, offering a delightful swimming experience regardless of the weather. After a refreshing dip, you can unwind in the outdoor hot tub, perfect for soaking in while enjoying the scenic surroundings. Stay active even during your vacation with our well-equipped exercise room. For some fun, head to the game room, which promises enjoyment for all ages. If relaxation is on your agenda, the sauna provides a tranquil space to de-stress and rejuvenate. Additionally, the convenience of our boardwalk, complete with showers, offers easy access to and from the beach, ensuring your comfort throughout the day.

PARKING
Beginning May 16th, 2025, all reservations will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November and January. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Beach fun

Mother/daughter beach trip, had a blast, condo and views were amazing! Communication with management was easy and they were very responsive. Only complaint was hot tub was either not working or if it was it was luke warm and upon check in found the lights and electronics all unplugged and there were dirty clothes left behind, under the bed, from previous tenants.

Very clean property,loved the view! Some of the better elevators I have been on in a long time. Our balcony slider in the master wouldn’t open and the main slider for the balcony was hard to open and close, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Hot tub was cold tub, sauna was broken and our parking spots were not marked. We never found are $90 parking assignments. The TV should come with instruction.

Such a positive experience

We always fear that the property will be somewhat less than it appears in the description but that is simply not the case with this very clean, well equipped and very satisfying property. I must say that the picture of the leather recliner and the card on the bed in the pictures were the deciding factors. It was better than we had hoped. We plan to make this a regular place to visit for a reprieve. Well done to the host and the cleaning crew. Well done!

Beautiful condo, with AMAZING beach view!

Such a perfect condo for our family! So clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and MY GOODNESS the view. Just beautiful, right on the beach. Great size balcony, with little hooks mounted to hang up swimsuits and towels. Loved the communication with the host, so attentive and dedicated to making the perfect vacation stay! Perfect location and size! We can’t wait to book our next trip!

Very nice

The property is well kept. We really enjoyed it. Some properties ( non-corporate) will leave cooking items such as leftover spices, oils to cook with. If you’re planning to cook, it would be advisable to bring a little box of spices, coffee, cooking oils, Saran Wrap, extra dish soap because it adds up at the grocery store. The kitchen is very nice. We enjoyed the patio. The furniture was comfortable.

Very nice place to stay in GS

This was such a nice condo. The check in process was super easy, and upon arriving the condo looked as it was pictured and described online! The only thing that I wished they would do is add in some disinfecting wipes or a small bottle of multi surface cleaner to get through the first night or two or until able to venture to town, but that didnt affect our stay at all we went out to the DG the next day!! On the other hand... the view was amazing, my kiddos enjoyed the pool area almost as much as the beach!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days and would definitely come back! **Oh, and the check out process was just as simple as the check in!

5 star property for 2 couples!

This was a great property for 2 couples. We loved having 2 king beds and they were comfortable. The kitchen was small but was stocked well. Living area had nice comfortable furniture for lounging. We utilized the gym and grills on property during our stay which was great! We would definitely book again!

Enjoyed stay

Arrived on 4/1 and the property was clean and ready at 4pm check in time. Nice condo unit, well stocked with towels, kitchen items, etc. Wonderful view from balcony. Pool a little small and indoor pool area not heated. We did enjoy the game room though with our granddaughter. I would stay in this unit again. Con’s: The air conditioning not working the day we arrived and the room was muggy. I did contact the property management agency and someone came that night but told us the unit was basically shot. It was fixed the following morning but we were told that the unit needs to replace the current one. Another air conditioning company showed up on 4/2 and just came in our condo without knocking. Not sure why 2 different companies were there. Not knocking prior to entering our room was very upsetting and I felt it violated our privacy. Also, there was a “planned” monthly maintenance visit from the people who manage the unit on 4/3. I feel these should be done between guests since you have to check out by 10 am and cannot check in until 4 pm. Basically we had someone in the unit 3 days in a row which was somewhat annoying. Never had that happen before when we stayed in other condos in Gulf Shores.

Spectacular

The beach and the Gulf are right below your deck. View is unbelievable! The condo is nicely decorated and appointed with everything you need. Have to go back. Felt like a second honeymoon for my wife & I.
