Welcome to your vibrant tropical retreat on the 8th floor, where sunshine and relaxation await in this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo.
Interior: A cozy space where tropical décor infuses every corner with a burst of color and energy. The living room invites you to unwind with a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

The master bedroom is a haven of comfort and style, featuring a spacious king-size bed. While the bedroom lacks a privacy door, it lends a bright, airy feel to the space.

Throughout the condo, you’ll find durable and stylish tile floors that not only enhance the tropical aesthetic but also make it easy to clean up after a day of beach adventures.

Kitchen: The updated kitchen is a culinary delight, boasting crisp, white cabinets and gleaming granite countertops. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or relax at the breakfast bar. Both options offer comfortable seating and provide a pleasant setting for enjoying your favorite dishes.

Step onto your private balcony and be captivated by the beautiful views. The 8th floor elevation allows you to soak in the sights and sounds of the coastal landscape, whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a cocktail at sunset. Come and experience the beauty and vibrancy of this coastal retreat!

Island Winds East Units: During Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and the Shrimp Festival event, each unit is allotted one (1) parking pass, regardless of its size. Extra parking options are available offsite, and please note that these arrangements may be subject to change.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

We had a great stay! We appreciated the washer and dryer very much as we used it a good deal! The view from our balcony was amazing! We watched the sun come up each morning. The only thing we wished could have been different was to have the room switched around with the sliding glass door in the bedroom instead of the living area. My husband likes to go to sleep with the sound of the ocean waves and we couldn’t hear them from the bedroom. Overall, we had a great time!

The location is fabulous. The beach was perfect. The condo was nice, good space. As someone else mentioned, the bed was noisy when you sat down on it, but it was pretty comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure. It was a bit odd that the bedroom did not have a door

It was a fine place to stay for the price. The location really couldn’t be beat. However, the bed was SO loud, screeching every time you moved, and the sheets were so scratchy and uncomfortable, especially after being in the sun all day.

The property was clean and nice. The only thing that upset us was that we wasnt notified that maintenance was trying to get acess to our unit. We happened to come up from the beach to two men standing at our door. They said that they were trying to gain access because the unit below had water and thought it was coming from our bath tub. We let them in and checked that our tub was leaking. While we are waiting for them to come back to fix it, a housekeeper used a code and tried to open our door without knocking. Luckly we had the chain on, which stopped her from coming all the way in. She said that she had the wrong room.?!?!?? But used a code to get in?!? After all this, we didnt feel like our belongings were safe nor our privacy. It was all unprofessional nor has the property apologized or acknowledged that this happened.

Furniture needs updating

Location was perfect!!! Close to everything. The furniture in the unit was horrible and not comfortable. The mattress was like sleeping on a rock. The couch was hard as well. You do have to pay for parking which was something I was not aware of. It is $50 a vehicle. Which is something that should be included in my opinion, but it is what it is. View was spectacular from the 8th floor. Also the balconies are not private. Our neighbors could see right over to ours just by standing up.
