Ocean Reef 404, 3 BR/2 BA Townhouse on Beach with Ocean View

Well Maintained 3 Bedroom 2 Bath non-smoking townhouse unit with loft. Located beachside with great ocean views from all bedrooms and balcony. Unit is on top two floors, so no loud neighbors above you. Unit has two car covered parking spaces. Also no long elevator lines at this complex only steps to the beach. Complex has recently been renovated with new roof, paint and siding. Bright and airy beach tone colors that blend with the serene surroundings.
Min rental age is 25.

First floor features master bedroom with king bed, guest bedroom with queen bed, bath, kitchen, dining area and den. There is a sofa in the den. Upstairs bedroom/loft has two queen beds, bathroom and a stacked washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a flat screen tv. Kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Bring the whole family will sleep up to 8 people comfortably.

Complex has a beautiful remodeled pool area with a tropical theme. Bar-B-Q area is located next to pool.

Conveniently located in Central Gulf Shores 1/2 mile west of 59/182 intersection. Within walking distance of the Shrimp Festival, restaurants and shopping, This place has it all for a wonderful family vacation.

Parking is $40 per car per stay. Payable to the parking attendant located under building 5. They are usually on site at 4:30 pm but hours vary.

Great location and amenities, our older teens loved the loft bedroom! Read the listing CARFEULLY, there is a hefty parking fee assessed by the unit that is buried in the listing and nearly got our vehicles towed.

There was an ocean view which was lovely. The condo itself was pleasant and very accommodating. Our only complaint was the number of stairs to climb which was not mentioned in the listing. It would have been nice to know that climbing four flights of stairs would be required. Otherwise we were very satisfied.

we had a nice stay, The views from the bedrooms was nice but not a direct view. It was nice and close to the beach. The air conditioner broke right before we got there but they were very good about getting someone out to check it and Greg took care of things with us to our satisfaction. I will probably be coming back again.

Very nice condo, in a great location with access to the beach. Everything was clean and worked well! We would definitely rent again. The only concern we had, which was not the fault of the owner, was that the pool needed skimmed. There was a lot of debris, and other things floating on top. What appeared to be the maintenance person just walked around with his dog.

Nice place

Great location. Nice pool. Communication with host was fantastic and we were also given a late check out which was great since our flight home was so late in the evening. Very easy directions for check in and parking. We did have to pay 30 for parking for each car which I didn’t notice in the description, which could have been my fault, and the place could have been cleaned better, other than that we had a great stay and they had everything we needed!

Our stay here at Ocean Reef was fabulous. It was our 1st time to Gulf Shores and we loved it. 2 min walk to the beach from our unit. The unit we stayed in was very clean and spacious. Accomadated us comfortably. Definitely will be back!
