Westwind 204- 5 Star View! Gulf Front! Location X3! Desired Home!

Westwind 204 is an adorable 2nd floor condo located on the ever-popular West Beach in Gulf Shores. Westwind is a low-density building, meaning less crowds on the private beach and pool areas. No need to wait on the elevator either, as you can take the stairs up one flight and you are at the door!

This perfectly sized home, 2 Bedroom & 2 Baths, provides enough beds and sleeping arrangements for the entire family. The Primary Bedroom hosts a Queen Size Bed, Smart TV, and a Private Full Bath with a shower/tub combo. The Guest Bedroom holds another Queen Size Bed, Smart TV, and is connected to the main full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The Living area boasts a pull out sleeper sofa, two recliners, and access to the balcony for a stunning gulf-front view! For extra sleeping, there is a hallway cubby with a Twin Size Bed. This home also offers a personal washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen with a k-cup coffee brewer, outdoor and covered parking, and is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, and Gulf Place Beach Access where the Fun and Famous Festivals are held. Come and experience 5 Star Treatment and you will come back year after year!

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) -Monthly Rates are available upon request. These rates are not advertised. We prefer full month reservations from the First to the First.

Parking Passes are Required. Passes are purchased upon booking and will be placed on the counter for your arrival. Passes are $35 each and is limited to 2 vehicles. Please inquire for overflow parking if needed. No Trailers, boats, etc. allowed.

This was a wonderful condo. It was super easy to access with the instructions provided. The view was beautiful and just as described. It was incredibly clean and organized when we showed up. And it was easy to access the beach with the property gate. It was a well stocked kitchen with many available items with which we could cook meals. Super convenient and appreciative. The furniture in the living space was very comfortable with a nice big couch and two loungers/recliners. Unfortunately the bed in the primary room was rather uncomfortable and squeaky/loud. I understand in most rented homes the furniture may not be excellent due to misuse by other renters. And it looked like there were available umbrellas and chairs to rent on the beach but we were never provided instructions on how to access that. Overall, a good experience.

We loved this condo!! Perfect location for quick and easy beach access. So close to Gulf State Park Pier and great restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And, the building was just the right size if you want privacy. Wonderful experience!!

Perfect location

We had a fantastic stay at this beach condo. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the decor made it feel very welcoming. The location couldn't be better for beach access and local attractions. The only thing I'd suggest for improvement would be to upgrade the towels, as they felt a bit cheap.

Great room

Loved the location and the condo itself. Could’ve used more towels and bath clothes. There was exactly enough so we were washing 1-2 times a day the entire stay so everyone would have clean towels and rags. Also we had trouble parking. Every time we left at night we would come back to no parking. Zero! And there was no alternative option close by. Called the on call number and was told to park in the reserved parking for owners. Come out the next day and had a warning on my car. This happened every single night and once the security even came to our condo and told me to move my car immediately early the next morning. So the 2 car per unit listing is misleading bc we couldn’t park one.

Super cute! Well stocked cabinets! Great location! I did purchase bath towels for my family because the ones they offer were paper thin, tiny, & meant for cleaning! The towels definitely did not match the condo’s value!

Condo was very cozy and most importantly very clean and quiet. Location was perfect to be anywhere in minutes and hard to get any closer to the beach. Building / Facilities starting to show its age, but would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Vacation

I was the only adult traveling with 6 kids from 15-7 and it was literally perfect. Cozy, beautiful views, easy walk to the beach and pool! It was my niece and nephew’s first trip to the beach so to watch their faces light up when walking out the view was amazing.

Overall a good stay

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The only down side we had during our stay was that the temp inside the condo would get up to 76° during the day / night. We had to buy 3 box fans in order to sleep. We did reach out to the property manager and they sent someone to check on the unit, but they said it was working properly. I did appreciate them being so attentive and sending someone to check on it, on a Sunday at that. Other than that, we had a great family vacation.
