This property is located in the heart of Gulf Shores right next to The Hangout with countless restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Take the elevator up to your Beachfront condo with a sweet, Gulf view that will take your breath away. Gulf Place was built in 2020 and holds truly incomparable condos; the modern sleekness, top-quality furnishings, appliances, and views are simply unbeatable!

Enter the 4-bedroom/3.5-bathroom unit that radiates light through the giant, floor-to-ceiling windows that encompass the entire living room, dining room, and kitchen. Enjoy the large sectional for tons of seating space while taking advantage of the Smart TV. Go through the dining area that seats 8 into the spacious, gorgeous kitchen for more seating at the large-scale, quartz waterfall island! Any and all appliances you may need in the kitchen are here and of top quality to meet your cooking needs. Step outside to the expansive, wrap-around balcony with lots of seating to get the most amazing views of the sugar sand beaches; this balcony can be accessed from 3 bedrooms in the condo!

Head down the hallway to access the three king bedrooms and the bonus room. Three of the bedrooms contain a king-size bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. These 3 bedrooms are beautifully decorated and contain their own private, glass doors to the balcony. Each regular bedroom also comes with an ensuite, sleek bathroom; one bathroom contains a walk-in shower, one has a tub/shower combo, and the final bathroom has a double vanity and large walk-in shower. The bonus room features 2 twin-size beds with 1 pull-out trundle bed. This bonus room can sleep up to 3 guests. The half bath is also located in the hallway for general convenience.

Step out of 303 and head up the elevator to access the amazing rooftop pool, the multitude of pool cabanas and lounging areas, and the incredible, birds-eye view of the Gulf Shores beaches and city that stretched for miles! Inside the recreational area, have fun playing ping-pong, board games, or just chill and have a snack. This area alone will have you tempted to extend your stay!

While Lucky Bird provides you with an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Gulf Place is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted. You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this property. Monthly rental rates are available November 1st - March 1st.
