Welcome to "FURBABY FRIENDLY" CARIBBEAN 302 in Gulf Shores, AL! Located on the 3rd-Floor! You'll love the relaxing feeling you get as soon as you step foot in this unit.

Pet Friendly- One pet is included with a reservation. A 2nd pet can be added upon request for an additional $100 pet fee. Make sure you notify us to let us know that you will be bringing a 2nd pet so we can adjust the pricing after the reservation is made.

Terrys Vacation Rentals offers extended stay discounts on reservations that are 28 nights or more in November, December and January in all of our properties. In some units we offer extended stay discounts in February as well. If you are booking 28 nights or more contact us for a quote, we are always happy to help!

As soon as you arrive you'll be ready to trade your traveling clothes for your swimsuit and head outside. You have several options to choose from because Caribbean has a heated indoor pool, a gulf front outdoor pool or the beautiful Gulf of Mexico is only a few steps away!

The heated indoor pool is a great place to watch the kids splash when it's time to take a break from the sunshine.

Other on-site amenities help round out the fun and include a sauna, an exercise room, a barbecue area and a steam room.

When you return to your condo, you'll feel right at home as you enjoy the relaxing earth tones with island accents and tile flooring throughout.

Extending your indoor space outdoors is your private balcony, which overlooks the outdoor pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Your balcony is equipped with a table and chairs—a great spot for conversation, watching the gorgeous Gulf sunsets, or catching up on the morning news while sipping a cup of coffee early in the morning.

The open floor plan allows everyone to stay together no matter whether they are preparing a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, sitting at the dining table playing a board game, or relaxing in the comfortable living room.

This quaint one-bedroom, third-floor condo is able to accommodate up to five people. There's a king-bedded room, a set of tucked-away bunkbeds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit! Additionally, this unit comes with an assigned and covered parking space only steps from the stairs and elevator.

Gulf Shores is a family-friendly town on the Gulf of Mexico, known for its beautiful white sand beaches, warm climate, and abundant outdoor recreational activities. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater and the Hangout.

Located 1.3 miles west of the busy Gulf Shores public beach area, this condo is in the perfect location for accessing lots of dining options, attractions, shopping and other fun things to do.

I have several units in this building, and several other units nearby, so if you are traveling with friends and family and need more than one unit for the same dates contact me and we can work to make that happen.

Other things to note:
1. Guests will receive an email after the reservation is made to esign the rental agreement and provide a guest list. When completing the rental agreement a copy of the primary renters drivers license must be uploaded to the rental agreement. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until this has been completed. Reservations may be canceled, at our discretion, if this is not completed within 24 hours.

2. A security deposit hold will be placed on your card three days prior to arrival. Check-in instructions will not be sent until the hold is successfully placed 3 days before check in. Security deposit hold amount is different for each property but the amount will be listed on the checkout page.

3. We offer a contactless check in. The door code and check in instructions will be emailed to you 3 days before arrival as long as all required information has been provided.

4. Minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old. No 3rd party bookings allowed!

Our goal is to provide a 5-star property for all of our guests! If you need anything during your stay with us or if you have any questions we can help with feel free to reach out, I am happy to help!

1 parking pass is included with your reservation. 1 additional parking pass can be purchased upon request. Please notify me before arrival if you need a 2nd parking pass so the cleaner can leave it there while she is there.

Per industry standard we supply a starter set that includes one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of hand soap in each bathroom, 1 dish washer tablet, one trash bag in each can, and 1 laundry detergent tablet is provided. This is intended to get you by until you get to the store to buy the supplies you need.

The property was great. Views, location - all were fantastic - and best of all - the unit was Pet Friendly.Met many "neighbors" staying in the building - many were repeat renters - all very nice.Unit was as described.Manager was very prompt with responses to ?/s.Only really down side - no fault of the property owner - was the parking situation.The unit had assigned parking - but the parking size was :very" small - better fitted for small cars/small suv/s.We were in a full size Chevy Silverado - and the parking was "very" challenging. This would be something to keep in mind and let potential renters know in advance.Otherwise, we give the stay a 10/10.

Enjoyed our stay!

Situated on the 3rd floor.... we enjoyed the lovely views from the kitchen and living room area. The deck was a decent size to sit and relax and even room enough to set up our pups potty station. Quaint and lovely beachy decor. The well stocked kitchen was so appreciated. The only thing I think to mention is housekeeping should step it up a notch. Door was unlocked upon arrival, some dishes still in dishwasher, a few crusty dishes in cabinet and the dark floors need to be cleaned a little better. But really minor issues (except the unlocked door). I still want to give it a 5 star rating. Book it you will enjoy!

The location was excellent. The condo was very nice and clean. However we arrived on June 29th with a departure date of July 3rd. Myself, husband and our dog arrived on June 29th and when we arrived that Saturday we found out that the elevator was not working and plans to repair it was not until the following Tuesday. Our condo was on the 3rd floor so that meant several steps. My husband has a bad knee and only half a lung on one side. My husband and our dog left the next morning because he wasn't able to do the stairs. I was fortunate and got to stay, since we had family there that week, I was able to ride back home with them. I personally enjoyed my stay but the elevator issue was not good. Several people got refunds but none was offered to us. Our host was terrific. You have to understand it was not his fault.
