BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: 1 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Gorgeous VRBO, well maintained, spacious, clean

Very impressed with this stay. Loved our building, it was a smaller building than most in the beach so not a lot of cars or people. Short walk to the beach, beach was not busy in front of us. Parasailing and banana boat rides were right in our beach plus chair rentals. The condo itself has beautiful views of the ocean, beach, sunrise, and sunset. It was very clean and decorated nicely. The washer and dry was a heaven sent with three little kids. Ohhh and the balcony was so big and great view plus private. Full sized kitchen was so handy. Kitchen was as stocked with bare minimum cooking supplies. Pool and hot tub was a hit with the kids. Pool is not heated so in March it was freezing! 10 out of 10 will defiantly come back if we visit GS again.

LOVE the location, the unit itself was great, and Beachball Properties was great too! There were a few things that might deter me from staying there again: *Cleanliness was okay…there was sticky stuff/food particles on most of the cabinet handles in the kitchen I had to wipe down. But everything else seemed fine. *There was a rectangle hole cut out of the drywall in one of the bedrooms leaving the inside of the wall exposed…that was weird. *The one night we were able to use the hot tub, it was COLD 😭 *You can’t turn the bathroom light on without the fan turning on as well…this shouldn’t be a big deal, but the fan is LOUD and it was annoying by the second day. 😅 *The hot water in the unit ran out SO fast. If you took more than a five minute shower, the hot water was gone. Forget having both showers run at the same time. Or trying to run a washer/dishwasher while taking a shower. We had to create a shower rotation 🙃 BUT, it was beautiful, upgraded, had a HUGE back porch, was in the perfect location, and excellent property managers!

Bathroom had towel bars that were barely hanging in the wall When we removed a towel after showering it hit the floor, The shower curtain was the same way, it was not fastened and was laying on top of the tub wall. Parking is a serious problem You only have 1 parking pass per unit We had 2 cars and were told that we had to go across the busy street to park for a fee. we went over there to park the car and were told to park it in the lot next door. The lot had a sign on it that said it was closed from November 1st to February 29 There were probably 8 cars in the lot for the condo the entire time we were there (5 days) We did have some problems with one of the televisions, and it was repaired promptly.

Great condo for 2 couples to stay for the weekend! Large balcony overlooking the beach and Gulf. Steps away from beach which was easy for transporting beach gear out. Nice pool area as well.

Under Construction and poorly built!

We arrived to a dark scary building. We were up until Midnight washing the toothpaste and blood out of the linens. I emailed like I was told only to have a creepy stinky guy knock on the door the next morning offering to clean which we had already done. There was blood on the wall. The bar stool broke when sat in. There were dark stains on the couch. The pool was open but the workers were cutting granite by it so there was a cloud of dust. The floors are super thin so you hear everyone walking above you. It was a horrible experience and I wish I would have really read the reviews. Never again!

The property was gorgeous. We loved the accommodations but the floor was really dirty when we got there. Our feet were black from walking around the condo. The beds were wonderful, very comfortable. We were right on the beach, gorgeous ocean views, spectacular beach. The pool area was disappointing. All around it construction for parking was going on. Pool was very dirty from bits of construction things going into it. And it was very noisy, couldn't relax by the pool at all. That part of the condo was the only thing misrepresented. We feel we should have been told about the construction.

Spring break

Location is great, condo is very clean and very nice, beds are comfy! One drawback is the construction of phase II; they start early and work late so a LOT of extra noise (& made the pool virtually unusable). The elevator is very slow and didn’t always work which was inconvenient when ‘moving out’. The property management company showed up unannounced one morning when just my teens were home; they let themselves in stating I had called about a rug…I had not. That was frustrating. Bring your own TP, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towel as you only get one of each with the condo. The condo also does not come with any beach supplies (towels, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, toys).

Perfect Size & Location

This property is perfect for a smaller family or the tad larger, like us! We are a family of 5 and it suited us PERFECTLY!! Our boys, whose ages range from 7-16, actually got along and were never in each others way (parents...that says a lot)! The condo felt like home; it was clean, furnished perfectly, had several extras, comfortable, and cozy. We were even able to do our laundry before coming back home! Walking in, the boys were thrilled to find the small welcoming gifts! That was the biggest highlight for me; we do not see that often enough - that was truly meaningful. Sometimes, the smallest things make the biggest impact. The beach: you can enjoy that beaut from the SPACIOUS balcony that they have also furnished with comfortable chairs and side tables - or - just walk your way/take the elevator down to the main level and you have it! The beach was never crowded while we stayed either - which was so nice! There are so many shops and restaurants nearby as well - if you are up for walking (not even a mile), you can walk to a few of the well known ones and avoid parking! Yes, this property is under construction - they are adding on! If they can add more condos similar to this one (minus beach front), kudos! The construction is coming along and looks like it will be done by next fall, possibly! (The construction was no bother for us) I suggest giving this place a stay! You may just fall in love, like we did.

Great vacation

Very happy with the Sea Glass. Our room was beautiful and so was the view. Only thing we I didn’t enjoy was the light outside my bedroom. It was daylight in my room. Had to buy a blackout curtain and spring rod to sleep. And the stomping by the upstairs neighbors was unbearable at times.
