This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the grounds of the Lighthouse Resort in Gulf Shores is an ideal place to experience breath-taking views of the 635-foot private beach, hot tubs, Gulf-view fitness center with sauna and not just one but two private Gulf-front pools. One of the pools is a zero-entry pool with four water sprouts, which is ideal for families with children.
There are numerous nearby dining and entertainment options, including family-friendly and casual seafood restaurants and fine dining places. There are plenty of entertainment options that offer great golfing, tennis, fishing, kayaking, sailing, windsurfing, snorkeling and diving. And if you are in the mood for some shopping, there are fantastic outlet malls, art galleries and boutiques only a short ride away.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is ideal for a family vacation or a getaway for two.
You will start your day by looking out from your own private and beach-facing balcony.
This Gulf Shores condo features an equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Your master bedrooms are spacious and come with a shower and a large whirlpool tub. The dressing area has his and her vanities with a large walk-in closet. The washer, dryer, cable/satellite TV are also included. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • Please note we don't provide beach towels • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old House rules • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. • The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine. We stayed 2 full weeks and enjoyed every minute! Spacious, clean, updated 3rd floor unit allowing for parking right outside our door. Property management very responsive when a small maintenance item came up. This is our 2nd year renting in the Lighthouse Condos, it has so many amenities. Very well-run and maintained property.

Great room location!!! Nice condo!!
All was wonderful except the floor was so dirty, like it needed a good mopping. We could not go barefoot or with only socks on without the bottoms of our feet being black. Everything else was fantastic! Easy access to beach. Parked on third floor right outside our room. Nice condo!! Would definitely recommend, just hopefully floor will be cleaned better.

Paradise
The view of the ocean and beach is fantastic! Very happy with stay. Easy check in process. A few spots needed attention, when I notified owners, they responded promptly and I'm sure resolved immediately. I would easily stay again! Great to work with!

Would stay again
This property is nice and well maintained. All the right amenities, and great access to the beach. One downside was the location right above the pool and hearing kids yelling when we had our slider door open. Overall great stay and would stay here again.

Awesome, perfect ,clean, neat condo,
We can't say enough good words about this condo. Every aspect of the condo and Lighthouse facilities were excellent. The rooms were perfect, clean and well maintained. The only thing we could suggest is to maintain the hot tubs. The one on the east end wasn't working while the one on the west end was working, it was so crowded, however, we did not choose to use it. Great weather, great condo and great facilities!

Lack of Communication
We have stayed out the Lighthouse for over 4 years. We have always like the location and family friendly environment. We understand that the building this year was under construction because of the September Hurricane, however, there was not communication from the management company or the Lighthouse condominiums when we booked the condo about the construction. In addition, the construction continued during our stay and there was absolutely no communication regarding daily closures of different amenities each day we were there. The location would shutdown pools, parking garages, etc. without telling any of the guests.

Could be better
My family and I decided to come to the beach last minute. For the cost of the condo, it should have more updated features such as better appliances and master bathroom shower and cleaner.
The refrigerator temp was hard to regulate due to the thermostat not having any numbers on it. The dishwasher wouldn’t always come on when you pressed start and didnt clean the dishes very well when it did run.
The condo advertises 3 bedrooms but it is really 2 bedrooms with a bunk closet. Misleading.
The drapes in the condo had horrible water stains and were dry rotted. Also a box of condoms were in the bed side table when we got there and the bunk bed sheets had not been washed when we got there.
Also some of the tile in the bathrooms were cracked and stains on the base shoe.
We did like the parking situation and being on the 3rd floor made it easy load and unload.
Good sized balcony but needs better furniture outside.
Beds were comfortable.
Good convenience to the beach and centrally located.

Clean unit but needs upgrades
Let me just start saying that the unit was very clean. No complaints there at all. This unit was billed as a three bedroom. It was not actually. It was two bedrooms and a bunk room. The bunk room is tiny. Which would have been fine but we were expecting a three bedroom as listed. The furniture is very dated and uncomfortable in the living room. There is only a small sofa and a chair, so very little sitting area. The master bed needs some updating as well. The mattress was not horrible to sleep, but if you sit or lay on one side you almost fall on the floor because it sags. The outdoor patio furniture was plastic and dirty. The check-in and checkout process was very easy. Our code to the door stopped working one day. I was texting with the front desk about it and they never got back to me. We were stuck outside in 100° heat. After trying to reach them again to no avail, i finally called again and got somebody who simply reset the code. So I’m not sure why we were stuck outside waiting if it was that easy. Overall, yes it was a clean unit it just definitely needs upgraded.
