  • PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION: Enjoy the beautiful Gulf Coast while staying at Sea Oats Condominiums, a complex providing the best of both worlds -- Lagoon side fun and convenient deeded Beach Access just a short walk across the street! Located in West Beach, just a little over 3 miles from the 59 intersection at the Hangout. Spacious two bedroom and two full bathrooms provide the family with plenty of room. Large master with king bed, separate vanity area from bathroom. Second bedroom with queen bed. Full bathroom in hall. Sofa Bed in living room. A pack-n-play is also available for use. Tile floor throughout the Condo. Meal preparation is a cinch in this well-designed, fully stocked, kitchen with tons of extras. Condo includes all your household linens; plus, there is a full-sized washer and dryer. A wall of windows in the large living area overlooks Little Lagoon. Balcony access from both bedrooms and the living room leads to the large balcony looking directly over Little Lagoon -- perfect for watching wildlife and sunsets. Boat launch & slips available on site. Bring the jet skis, boat, and kayaks and enjoy. Catch a variety of fish from the private pier or surf fish on the Gulf side. Two pools, two kiddie pools, and grilling area are on site. Designated parking spot under unit. Other parking available on site. Two vehicles only. NOTE: This complex does not have elevators. Unit is located two floors above parking. A rental agreement is required.

The condo was very clean and decorated with beach themed decor. The lagoon view was beautiful and a short walk to the beach. The owner was very prompt with answering any questions. I would highly recommend this condo for your next stay at Gulf Shores!

Great location and view!

We loved the location in between the beach and bay. Easy and quick access to both! We fished a lot and loved the fishing dock! The condo was very big and spacious. Bathrooms are updated but a little tight for two people. Great communication with owner. Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend!

Perfect stay

This was our 6th time staying at this complex and each time has been great. But this was our favorite property yet. Great communication and friendliness from the owner. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed and held a peaceful, happy, and relaxing ambience. The view is gorgeous and you get the nightly show-off sunset. Love that the complex has private beach access as well.

Loved it.

The condo is great. It was clean and spacious. The location is terrific if you love lagoon views and a short walk to a great beach. My kids are 19, 16, 8, and 6, and we all had a very relaxing time in this sweet condo in a lovely town. Would definitely recommend, and don’t forget your fishing pole! The dock is right downstairs.

Great stay!

It’s nice being on the lagoon side to sit outside on the deck and have a cocktail. Very peaceful and away from the traffic. The walk to the beach was way closer than I thought! My 14 yr old daughter loved it! The pool behind us was closed one evening for treatment so we walked down to the other pool! Will stay again!

Peaceful and relaxing!

We enjoyed our quick trip to the beach by staying at this place! It was peaceful and relaxing! Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets! The drive was short to fun activities! We were amazed at how short the walk was to the beach. The condo is away from the busy part of Gulf Shores but a short drive to everything. We didn’t cook but all of the necessities to do so is available. We will definitely stay here when we visit Gulf Shores again.
