Kissed By The Sun

Welcome to the East Point Cottages where you can get Kissed By The Sun! This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is waiting for you in the heart of Gulf Shores. The home features 2 master bedrooms plus a third bedroom that sleeps 4, all of the bedrooms have private bathrooms. The pool is steps away where there is plenty of room for guests to relax.  On the covered balcony guests can enjoy dining outside or just feeling the Gulf breeze. The Gulf State Park is a 4 minute walk from this community as well as several popular restaurants.

About Kissed By The Sun

Kissed By The Sun is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom cottage that also includes a full size sofa sleeper in the living area. The main level features open concept living at its best, featuring a kitchen, dining, living area, and half bathroom. Guests will enjoy family movie night on the 50” LCD Smart TV while they relax on the sectional sofa. The master bedroom is also on this floor. It has a king bed, TV, and a beautiful private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Moving upstairs, the second master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. Down the hall is bedroom #3, this room has a queen bed as well as a twin bunk bed, enough room for 4 people. This bedroom also includes a private bathroom and a mounted TV. 

Outside, guests can enjoy the covered balcony and the community pool. The beach access is 100 steps to the stoplight with a crosswalk that guides you over. The Gulf State Park, Gulf State Park Fishing Pier, and many restaurants are all within walking distance. 
The prime location of Kissed By The Sun in the heart of Gulf Shores is the perfect spot for your family vacation.

Rental Age Policy

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.

Our biggest disappointment was with the pool. The water was murky and a lot of stuff floatimg in the water. I did reach out to Harris Properties to inquire about th issue. They did reach out to the HOA who said the water was fine. I had a 1 and 3 yr old with us and was concerned for their well being.

Perfection

Beautiful property. So close to the beach. Right next to the pool. Quiet community even though others were there on vacation too. Responsive with minor maintenance issue. Property looks even better in person. Great AC. Comfy couch.

The location can't be beat! It was an easy, short walk to the beach and convenient to restaurants. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and modern.

Girls Weekend Fun!

Stayed at Kissed by the Sun for a girls trip. The house was perfect and came exactly as advertised. Comfortable furniture and beds. Decor was beachy and well put together. The walk to the beach is pretty short and very centrally located to any and all there is to do in the area. You will want to note there are no beach towels or chairs. And no extras-we got one roll of toilet paper in each bath, no hairdryers, one dishwasher pod etc. We had a lovely stay and will have great memories from our super fun trip!!!

Great location and a beautiful, clean house with lots of space. We loved being able to walk to the beach and the pool is right next to the unit (though it’s a shared community pool).A few things could have made the stay better—there wasn’t enough toilet paper or hand soap, and when I asked for more, they said it was on us to supply it. After some back and forth, they offered to bring some, but only on our last day. Also, no pool towels, beach chairs, or beach toys provided, which was surprising given the price and the fact it’s a beach rental with a pool advertised.Overall, we had a good stay, but a few added touches and better communication would’ve really elevated the experience.

Great house. Close to beach.

Overall the house was great. Close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Our kids loved it and the pool right next door. Very spacious and updated. Could have been cleaner (floors were dirty upon arrival, mattress protectors were stained on some of the beds, blood stains on extra pillows in the master closet). With a little extra cleaning the house would definitely be perfect!

Nice property

Very nice clean property in a fabulous location. It was great to have the pool right next to us for early morning swims and the beach was just a short walk away. The beds could definitely use an upgrade and it would be nice to have better quality towels and toilet paper.

Great vacation property for families.

The house was perfect and cozy. The beach was literally a quick walk away. The pool was a huge plus as was the location to grocery, restaurants, attractions, etc. will definitely stay here again.

Cute Casita

Our stay at Kissed by the sun was spectacular! The house was very clean and so close to everything. We had friends and family stay with us and everyone had plenty of room to sleep, eat and mingle.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kissed by the Sun! There were a few things that needed maintenance but they responded quickly and fixed the issues in a timely manner. The walk to the beach was very close and easy! The kitchen cookware was not great, but it was sufficient. The pool was a very nice amenity when you needed a break from the beach. Overall, it was an excellent home for our family vacation!

Prime Hangout festival location

We stayed here for the hangout music fest and it was the perfect location! Walking distance. The place was beautiful and slept our entire group comfortably. I did rate cleanliness as 4 stars because while the place looked clean, the floors were actually very dirty and our feet were black after walking barefoot around the house.
