Prepare yourself for an unforgettable beach retreat at this stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Gulf-front condominium, perfect for families of all kinds. With space for up to 8 guests, Island Tower 1302 offers an ideal setting to unwind, bond with loved ones, and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life!

Upon entering, discover 1597 square feet of inviting space to make your own during your Gulf Shores, AL vacation! Sink into the cozy seating in the living room, where one of the sofas converts into a sleeper bed for additional sleeping arrangements, while you indulge in your favorite TV shows. Adjacent is a dining area with seating for six, plus four bar stools at the kitchen island. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a family style meal. Provided for your morning routines is a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig machine. Don't forget to enjoy your coffee while taking in the astounding view of the Gulf of America right from your own personal balcony!

The master suite boasts a luxurious king bed and a generously sized bathroom with a shower and a jetted tub. Step directly onto the balcony from the master bedroom for breathtaking views. The second bedroom features a king bed and its own private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. You can ALSO step directly onto the balcony from this bedroom. In the third bedroom, you'll find two twin XL beds with its own private bathroom as well.

When you are ready to venture outdoors, take advantage of the stunning beachfront pool or journey on out to the beach. You can also stay indoors and enjoy the indoor pool, fitness room, and sauna.

Whether you are looking for an adventurous or relaxing vacation, location is everything and our location lets you pick your own adventure! You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, shopping at numerous boutiques and souvenir stores, and only minutes away from the Wharf, the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex and Tanger Outlet Mall. Local eateries are so abundant that it will be a challenge to visit each one during a single vacation! We hope you consider staying with us where you enjoy the benefits of an inclusive travel destination with the modern conveniences of home.

*****ADDITIONAL DETAILS*****

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it and provide it to you at check-in. The cost is approximately $45 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and HANG the parking pass on your rearview mirror in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

* CHECK-IN: After 4PM on the day your reservation begins. Early check-in is NOT possible.

* CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged for an additional day.

Our stay was wonderful! The condo is beautifully decorated and organized. Impressed with how stocked the kitchen is. We loved that not only the master bedroom but also the second bedroom had ocean views with a walk out balcony! Each bedroom has their own bathroom which was a plus as well! Each floor only has 3 condo units so it’s not an overly crowded complex which we also loved. Only issue we had was the fire alarms malfunctioned in the building on our last night and the building had to be evacuated at 2:30am but other than that, we had the best stay!

Gorgeous view!

Everything was beautiful! The place is so big and clean and pristine and you can’t beat that view! We are going to miss sitting outside on the balcony having our coffee looking at that gorgeous ocean.The beds were super comfortable. The unit has everything you possibly could need in the kitchen in the washer and dryer worked great. And it was awesome being in walking distance of so many great restaurants.My only complaint is about the elevator…with two elevators for 26 floors the wait sometimes was overwhelming. People would have their massive beach carts crowding the space and we kept having to wait and wait and wait for the next elevator and then at one point they were doing maintenance on the elevator so that took even more time. It was just kind of annoying, but other than that, everything was great!

Our family had a wonderful stay at island tower! Everything was clean and as described, we loved the location on the beach and everything regarding check in and communication with management was super easy and streamlined. We will definitely be back!

Excellent!

We have stayed in several other condos in Gulf Shores over the years but this one by far was the best. Great location to local restaurants and attractions, condo had everything we needed for our stay, plus some. Great view off the large balcony with plenty of seating. Kitchen was very well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

A Perfect Beachfront Getaway in Gulf Shores!Our stay at this beachfront condo in Gulf Shores, Alabama, was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking ocean views and the easy access to the pristine sandy beaches. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying coffee on the private balcony was a dream come true.The condo itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, the beds were cozy, and the living space was perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.The location couldn’t be better—close to great restaurants, shopping, and local attractions while still feeling peaceful and private. The building amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were an added bonus.Overall, this was one of the best beach vacations we’ve ever had! If you’re looking for a relaxing, beautiful, and hassle-free stay in Gulf Shores, this condo is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Vacation Property!

Everything about this property is amazing. The quality of the furnishings and fully stocked kitchen were all top notch! I can’t say enough about the large outdoor balcony and the incredible view! I could go on and on… I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this was by far the best!

Girls Birthday Trip

Great location! Walk 1/2 block to Bahama Bob's. Beautiful ocean view from 13th floor. Clean and very well appointed. We had everything we needed! The 3BR/3BA was perfect for 3 girls. Two of the bedrooms had ocean view with access to balcony. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Great stay

The condo was great, it was exactly as described, very clean, kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of linens, towels. The view was amazing, and it was close to many things to walk to and drive if you choose to do so. I would however recommend to the owner that a fresh coat of paint throughout the condo would do it wonders, along with a new ceiling fan in the master bedroom, we could not turn it on for it made a horrible sound at night, the mattress could also stand to be replaced in the master, it slanted slightly to both sides. The only negative to our stay was the elevators were so horribly slow, we were on the 13th floor and at times chose to walk up all 13 flights rather than to wait. There also is a huge discrepancy in your check in information on where to place the tag for your vehicle while parked in the garage, the check in info stated to put this on the drivers side dash (visible) we did this, only to come out and see that we had a warning on our windshield stating that our vehicle would be subject to towing or having a boot put on it for failing to properly display our parking permit. On the permit it states to put it on your mirror. The female security officer that we spoke with was beyond unhelpful and horribly rude while trying to explain that we had conflicting instructions on where to place it.

Best condo ever

Everything about this condo was wonderful! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and in the perfect location. Some of our family had rented a different condo, but kept commenting on how much nicer our condo was compared to theirs. Blake was awesome and so helpful.

First timers to gulf shores

The condo was a great location - able to walk to a few restaurants and shops. The condo was very well stocked in the kitchen - even had extra paper towels, ziploc bags, foil, Tupperware and dish soap! They also supplied 6-8 thick beach towels which definitely came in handy! The unit also had multiple beach chair - all in good condition. The main bed in the primary bedroom was a bit uncomfortable for us but overall the condo was great and I would recommend it to others!

Awesome views!!

The Wilson retreat is amazing!! The place has amazing views and tons of extras!!! We enjoyed our stay and the host Blake was great!!! The check in process was easy! The condo was clean and we will definitely be back next summer!!!

Best stocked & Great Location

My family, friends, and I loved staying at 1302 Island Tower. The condo is spacious, clean, and well stocked with any and everything you can think of! The condo has all up to date appliances and furniture. I'm impressed with the closet spaces especially in the master bedroom. I love how close of a walk it is to the beach from the condo. It's such a short walk in comparison to other places I've stayed. I love the views from the balcony and privacy provided. It's also located in a convenient spot within walking distance to several restaurants. Bahama Bobs is right next door & Surfside Pizza is across the street! Blake is a wonderful host with great communication. We locked our keys in the room and he was quick to the rescue! He stayed in contact with us to make sure everything was good and was quick to respond. Definitely recommended and look forward to business with Blake in the future.
