Completamente renovado en enero de 2016, disfrute de todos los muebles nuevos, baño personalizado, encimera de granito con gabinetes de cocina nuevos, placa para salpicaduras de azulejos personalizada y pisos de madera con tablones nuevos en todo este apartamento de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. Cuando elige este hermoso condominio de 950 pies cuadrados en el segundo piso, seguramente disfrutará del balcón privado al que se accede desde la sala de estar, la vista directa al golfo desde el dormitorio, 3, televisores de pantalla plana, lavadora / secadora y WIFI ilimitado y gratuito. Con una piscina al aire libre y mucho espacio para asar y hacer un picnic, pase sus días en el columpio perezoso o en las arenas azucaradas. Las 60 unidades en este edificio tradicional seguramente complacerán a usted y a toda su familia. ¿Quieres quedarte más tiempo? Los alquileres mensuales están disponibles de noviembre al 1 de marzo. Perfect place for a short getaway

We stayed in 267 for 4 days this little place was perfect for us clean, close to beach and shopping. The beds were comfy the place is spacious. We didn't want to leave. Only recommendation would to have keruig instead of coffee pot would of like to have one cup or use of hot water.

Exactly what we needed!

Perfect Beach Accommodations!

The condo was so nice, clean and comfortable with beautiful view of gulf and easy access to the beach! There were only 3 of us but it had plenty room for more. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect views and location

We loved our time at this condo! Beautiful gulf views, close to the beach, love the swings. Wish we could have stayed longer! Room only had one roll of toilet paper and one garbage bag so we had to buy some. Feel like extra should be included as well as more dishwasher soap. We would 100% stay here again!

Mother/Daughter Spring Break

Rental process was easy. They decided to have the roof worked that week. The actual work didn’t bother our stay, however the company doing the work took up one entire side of the parking lot leaving no available parking when everyone was there at night. The security worker offered no additional options. We drove a Ford F-150 and was offered a spot just as you enter the parking lot and the entire backend was blocking the entrance so we had to leave. When we returned to try again one single car was leaving so I took their spot. It’s a stressful situation that should have been planned for by the property owners as vacationers shouldn’t have to worry about the safety of their vehicle each night. The water area to rinse your feet from the beach wasn’t working. There were a few issues in regards to cleanliness that I feel the condo owner just needs to address with their cleaning crew, one bed had a dirty sheet (crusty stuff on it) we just used the extra set left for the living room couch. The coffee pot had not been cleaned. I cleaned and scrubbed and wiped u til no more gunk or black was showing up (I wanted coffee) 😁 The property was spacious, great location and view. Everything else was perfect!

Family get away

The condo looked exactly like the pictures. There were even a couple of games in a cabinet that we were able to play in the evening. We enjoyed our stay. My only complaint was that the ceiling fan in the master did not work and the towel rack in the master bath was off the wall. I could have contacted the management but I really didn't want to be bothered with a repair man.

Our Vacay Stay

Was a little worried at first when we pulled into the parking lot, but once we got into our room, we were blown away by house beautiful everything was..most places do not look like the photos you see on the internet or travel sites but this one was head on. Nothing exaggerated. By far would definitely stay there again!!

Perfection

This property is in a perfect location. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, and more. To our joy, it even had two boogie boards, a beach umbrella and a couple chairs. One of the boards was broken, so we purchased a new one during the week and left it there for the next family. The waves were aggressive this week, so the boards can easily get broken;). Weather was awesome, nearby restaurants were great!!! We highly recommend this unit.

Beach Perfect

This place was exactly as it was described. The beds were amazing and hearing the waves crash outside helped me sleep like a baby. I was there to run in the Big Beach Half Marathon. Couldn't be any closer! Walked the beach to packet pick and walked along the road to the race start. The only complaint was the cable didn't connect in the master bedroom, but we didn't need it. Overall I would highly recommend this place.

Loved location, layout & beachy decor. Mattresses/box springs need to be replaced - not uncomfortable, but sleep dents & squeaky. 2 chairs at table had damaged seats which snagged skin & clothing. Beach umbrella was broken. Would stay again anyway!

The condo was just as advertised. The location was perfect. The interior has been updated very nicely. It was clean and we had no issues other than the AC unit was a little loud but not too bad. Would recommend.

Perfect spot for a family vacation

We so enjoyed our stay at Island Sunrise 267. The condo was beautiful and perfect size for our family of 5. The views were spectacular out on the deck and we loved that we were right on the beach. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy the beach! We hope to stay again soon!

Well maintained unit. Perfect for group 1-6. Newer furniture and finishes. Only suggestion is to update the chairs on the balcony. They sat a little too low for our older bones. But we loved our stay despite the overcast weather.

Amazing get away

After a rough month my husband and I decided we needed an emergency vacation with the children. The condo was beautiful, our daughter absolutely LOVED the bunk beds and the view of the beach was beautiful. We had such a great time and intend on coming back for a longer stay later this year.

Fantastic !

Can't beat the location. The property is lovely and cared for well. We had an issue with the ceiling fan in the bunk bed (front bedroom) bedroom and the company was pleasant when notified, immediately put in a work order, accommodates us so we wouldn't be disturbed while maintenance dealt with it and had a new ceiling fan installed in no time. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach accessories in the closest that our whole family used (buckets and shovels for the 5 yo as well as boogie boards and nets for the 10 and 15 yo). Had the best vacation at this location and would come back again in a heartbeat. Book it, you won't be disappointed.
