Gulf side clean renovated 2 bedroom condo on the beach! April 15-30 available

Gulf side updated and clean condo 4/10ths of a mile West of the main intersection on West Beach Blvd. This is one of the few remaining low density, family atmosphere complexes on the beach.

The condo overlooks the beautifully landscaped pool area with chairs, tables, and umbrellas for your comfort and relaxation with a limited view of the Gulf.

The two bedrooms have a limited view of the Gulf and beautiful white sandy beach. The condo is just one stairway up from the covered parking where your car will be kept out of the hot sun. The beach is just 50 steps from the beach.

The colorful bedrooms have a queen bed in each, and both rooms have large closets. Each bedroom has a 32 inch TV as well. Condo has new carpet through out.

The kitchen and dinette are well equipped, along with a TV and DVD player in the sitting area.

We as owners visit Ocean Reef twice a year to enjoy and keep our condo in pristine condition. We have just one person who cleans and maintains our condo and takes a personal interest in it. We also enjoy the many restaurants and shops within walking distance of Ocean Reef, in addition to the large outlet mall 8 miles North on Highway 59. Our beach is very large with clean white sand.

Gulf Shores

Property was neat and clean, plenty of supplies to start out the stay. Access to the beach was easy and a very short walk. The pool was also a few steps away. We had no problems accessing the property or checking outThe pool was kind of small (max of 25 bathers) looks a lot bigger in the pictures than what it really is. Also we were under the impression that a washer/dryer was in the condo, but we may have misread the listing. There is washer / dryer but it is for the community near the pool and they are pay washer / dryer.Though i put a few negatives, we did have a good time and would consider this property again if we decide to go back to gulf shores.

Awesome Trip

Our family had a wonderful stay. The beach was beautiful and the location of this condo is perfect. We enjoyed some delicious food right around the corner of the condo (Original Oyster House and Mikee's). The pool area is lovely and the condos just have great energy. Our one complaint is the curtains in the bedrooms are too sheer and allow too much light in from the lights across the way. Nonetheless, we all slept just fine and had a wonderful stay. We would love to return many more times!

I was very impressed. I had concerns with the size before arriving, but the layout is well utilized. We had 5 in our party that fit comfortably. The location is perfectly near everything. It is also very well supplied and clean. Very happy, thank you for the stay.
