Welcome to Unit 1104 at Phoenix Gulf Shores II, a stunning three-bedroom, three-bath beachfront condo that comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. This brand-new property combines modern luxury with comfort and convenience, making it the perfect destination for your next beach getaway.

Sleeping Arrangements

• Master Bedroom: King bed with private balcony access and an en suite bathroom featuring a large walk-in tile shower
• Second Bedroom: Two queen beds with a private bath
• Third Bedroom: Two queen beds with built-in twin bunks above, and a private bath


Living & Dining Spaces
The open living area features floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light and offer breathtaking views of the Gulf of America. Relax on the large sectional sofa or one of the two swivel chairs, and enjoy entertainment on the flat-screen TVs mounted throughout the condo.

The dining area seats eight beneath a unique surfboard chandelier, with four additional barstools at the kitchen breakfast bar, providing plenty of space for everyone to gather.

Kitchen & Wet Bar
The fully equipped kitchen is both stylish and functional, with white cabinetry, a modern backsplash, inset sink, and stainless steel appliances. It includes both a Keurig and regular coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen is a bar area with a small sink and ice maker, ideal for entertaining.

Outdoor Living
Step outside onto the tiled balcony, where you’ll find polywood furniture, including a dining table with eight chairs and additional bar-height seating—a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or dinner with a Gulf view.

This condo was just beautiful! The condo was brand new but we did notice a few stains on the couch, which we took pics of and a few scratches on the walls too. Nothing we couldn’t live with. The check in process needs some work. Better communication with the arriving guests would be beneficial. We arrived and didn’t have a clue where to go. What floor check in was on. Then was sent a text saying it was closed and we could get our parking passes the next morning. Then we got a text a few hours later saying we hadn’t checked and I told them we were told they were closed and we could do this in the morning. They said ok. Then someone was knocking on our door a hour later with the wrist bands for the pool. What a crazy mess!!! I have never rented a condo where we had to purchase parking passes! They should come with the rental as it was expensive enough! The pool, lazy river and water slide were awesome! My grandkids spent hours there! We loved it! Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the ocean as a few of us got stung by jellyfish and that was a problem the whole week. AND the weather was NOT our friend this stay. One day the storm took out the elevators and the whole day was ruined! My grandson has a heart condition and could not do the stairs(22 flights). So we were stuck in our room til that night when it was finally fixed. We did get a text that they were refunding 250 for the inconvenience. We appreciate that BUT thought it should be a days rental as that day was lost!

The Gem

It was a Brand new property beautiful, Water shut off twice durning stay, the loungers were very hard and could barely lay on them. Need cushions and more of them. The numbers to call the desk durning hours and after. No one answered the phones!! The bunk bed mattress were also hard and the kids couldn’t sleep on them. If those things were fixed I would give it a 10 but for now it gets a 7
