This condo was just beautiful! The condo was brand new but we did notice a few stains on the couch, which we took pics of and a few scratches on the walls too. Nothing we couldn’t live with. The check in process needs some work. Better communication with the arriving guests would be beneficial. We arrived and didn’t have a clue where to go. What floor check in was on. Then was sent a text saying it was closed and we could get our parking passes the next morning. Then we got a text a few hours later saying we hadn’t checked and I told them we were told they were closed and we could do this in the morning. They said ok. Then someone was knocking on our door a hour later with the wrist bands for the pool. What a crazy mess!!! I have never rented a condo where we had to purchase parking passes! They should come with the rental as it was expensive enough! The pool, lazy river and water slide were awesome! My grandkids spent hours there! We loved it! Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the ocean as a few of us got stung by jellyfish and that was a problem the whole week. AND the weather was NOT our friend this stay. One day the storm took out the elevators and the whole day was ruined! My grandson has a heart condition and could not do the stairs(22 flights). So we were stuck in our room til that night when it was finally fixed. We did get a text that they were refunding 250 for the inconvenience. We appreciate that BUT thought it should be a days rental as that day was lost!
