    The Primary suite is a realm of relaxation, featuring a King bed, direct balcony access to savor the ocean breeze, and a 60-inch flat-screen TV for your entertainment. Its Primary bath, complete with a jetted tub and separate shower, offers a spa-like experience. The second bedroom is equally inviting with two cozy Queen beds and an attached bath featuring a walk-in shower.

    For larger groups, the third and fourth bedrooms are ideal, each housing two Queen beds and sharing an adjoining bathroom. All guest bedrooms are equipped with a 43-inch flat-screen TV, ensuring personal entertainment space for everyone.

    The living room, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, provides breathtaking South and West views of the Gulf. It's furnished with a comfortable sofa sleeper and a grand 70-inch flat-screen TV, making it a perfect spot for group gatherings or movie nights.

    CLEAN BED PROMISE
    Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

    PARKING
    Parking pass(es) must be purchased online directly through Phoenix Gulf Shores. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions that includes a link to register your vehicle and complete your parking pass purchase.

    MONTHLY RENTALS
    The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. The condo and facility is great. There were no issues with communication or accommodations. Great location for our interests. You can walk to many things. We were able to park 4 cars. This part of the beach is not a "sunset lovers" area.

We absolutely loved this condo!! It was very spacious and comfortable. There was something for everyone to do and everything you need is right there down to getting ice for coolers and an even air to inflate your floaties!!! I will stay here again!!

Annual Gulf Shores Trip

We enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix Gulf Shores. The condo overall was as advertised. A few minor issues that took away from the overall experience were the refrigerator light not working correctly, the telephone randomly ringing, the smoke detector battery needing replaced, and no batteries in the TV remote.

Large spacious condo with great view!

The size and location of this property are excellent! I believe it could have been cleaned better, especially the floors. Some of the furniture has stains as well. We did enjoy the kitchen and spacious bedrooms.

Convenient, spacious and clean.

We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and clean this condo was. Nicely decorated and had everything we needed and expected to have in a rental. IMO, the only improvement that might be needed is upgrading the mattresses, as they were pretty firm but that would not keep me from renting this unit in the future! Short walk to grocery store and restaurant, 2 minute drive to souvenir and other shops. Rental company was super easy to work with, very attentive and responsive. Wonderful place to stay!

This was a great condo for our family of 14. Had all the amenities needed and beautiful views from this corner unit. My only complaint was the beds were not very comfortable. Just need to be changed out I believe.

Family getaway

Condo is spacious with beautiful views. Beds are comfy. Some of the furniture is a bit more weathered than I expected. All floors needed to be mopped. Sparse cook ware. We had issues with one of the commode s when we arrived but it was repaired promptly. Great location, beach was clean with breath taking views.

Over all , pretty good .

The condo itself is very nice . After learning we couldn't get extra towels or blankets because of how we rented , was somewhat disappointed. Im glad there weren't 16 of us because you get 4 towels per bathroom. The bar stools are either broken or very loose . 1 lounge on the balcony is broken . ere is nothing near enough kitchen equipment to make a meal , but enough to get by . Extra trash bags for all can would be nice . Thats the disapointments . On the other end of the spectrum , . The condo is very roomie , it was clean and the furnishings are top notch . We had 6 grand children and they really enjoyed the pool . We will try to stay there again .

Needs more kitchen utensils

Very nice condo, but no potholders, no laundry det or dishwasher det, so we couldn't wash a full load in the dishwasher. Also some knobs missing on dressers (doesn't bother me, just thought owner should know). Also patio chairs felt a bit shaky and one was broken/

Walmart Feet Condo- gross!!!!!!!!

Condo appeared to be clean, but after walking with bare feet in the condo, our feet were filthy. Our 14 month old granddaughter knees, feet and hands were black-we called it ‘Walmart feet’. The knees of her pjs were black and we had to change her before she took a nap and at bedtime. Needs a new living room rug!!! The floors need mopped between check ins!!!!! Other than that- it was great.

Spacious condo with great views

Our party really enjoyed our stay. Great location, beautiful view and spacious condo. The kitchen did not have hot pads and the pans were pretty worse for wear but otherwise the condo worked out great for our large party. Would definitely stay here again! My review would have been a 5 start if it weren't for the Phoenix staff. Days before check-in I had reached out regarding an additional parking pass, this communication was great and I was told that because we paid for our passes online in advance at check-in we would have everything we needed in our room already. We received a notice from security on day two of our stay that we needed a parking permit, even though we were never provisioned one. We dealt with this at the front desk when we were finally able to get in contact with someone and received passes for our party upon request. Then the next day we got in trouble for not having wristbands while at the pool... these were never provisioned to us nor were we notified of this necessity until this point. I recommend physically checking in at the front desk when you arrive and ensure all requirements are met to avoid needing to engage with the front desk.

Dirty phoenix

The place was nice, like the setup and it was plenty of room. The condo was not clean, it was wiped down but not cleaned. I did find some pills that I could not identify in the kitchen floor and jn the master bathroom drawer,(glad it was me not a kid that thought it was candy) found a vodka bottle that was half empty under the livingroom entertainment center, found someone's mixed drink in a water bottle under the master bedroom bed. The floors were not really sandy, but when you walked from the bed to the balcony, your feet would be a deep color of black, it has never been mopped, Old Apple slices were found under the couch. There is more, but the picture has been made. Staff was ok. Even those the kids in the room above us and below us were playing music as loud as they could at 3 in the morning, staff could not reach them to turn the music down. The teenagers in a could rooms above us were throwing eggs at guests in the pool. Was odd and the little girl that got hit in the face and started bleeding was horrible. Which cause the pool to be closed cause of the blood. Some adults were seen throwing beer bottles to kids on the beach from their balcony was odd as well, which the beach portal did stop but the guest jn the room at question were never found. Was kinda easy to see which ones it was. It was a lot of non stop action, so if your looking for a peaceful Vacation, this is not the place for you. If your looking for a good party. With a lot of chaos, the dirty phoenix is your place to stay. I will never stay here again. And would always rule against it.
