Located on the 13th floor, this condo boasts panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, providing a breathtaking backdrop for your stay. Step inside and discover a beautifully appointed living space, where modern comforts and coastal elegance come together seamlessly.

The Primary suite is a true haven of relaxation, featuring a plush King bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen 4k Smart TV, and balcony access. The private bath offers a serene retreat with its luxurious amenities. Wake up to the sight and sound of the Gulf right outside your window, or step out onto the balcony and savor your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise over the Gulf.

The second bedroom offers another comfortable sleeping option with a Queen bed and a 4k Smart flat-screen TV, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of beachside fun. Meanwhile, the bonus room is perfect for the kids, with a cozy Twin-over-Full bunk and an HD flat-screen TV for their entertainment. Please note that the top bunk has a weight limit of 150 pounds.

RELAXING

The room was clean. The view was amazing. The maintenance staff were extremely thorough and kind. After getting a couple things fixed our stay was a blast. I highly recommend this property for any family during vacation!

Seawind stay

Loved the location. Elevators are horrible, this place is too big for just 2 elevators. Often would wait over 10 min to get the elevator. A few amenities that should be in condo were missing or did not work correctly like toaster and vacuum. No pot holders or dust pan. Door swelled for some reason and could not shut the door. Overall great experience except elevators which is not the owners fault.

Very nice place. Floors were swept but very dirty. After spilling a drink, had to use one of the towels to clean it up. Towel was black afterwards. Needs to be better stocked.

Fun Family Vacation Propertg

We spent the week in this gorgeous condo. It’s steps to the beach with beautiful views. The complex provided everything we needed from carts to help take luggage and groceries up to salt and pepper in the condo. It was a great stay and we will definitely be back.

Excellent Stay with only mild issues

We really enjoyed our stay last weekend but we did have a few snags. Our biggest complaint was the floors were VERY dirty! We all had black bottoms of our feet within 15 minutes. I addressed it with a Liquid Life Cleaning member that was cleaning the condo next to ours. He was very kind and apologetic, but said no one would be able to reclean the floors until we checked out. We wore socks or flip flops the rest of the time. Annoying, but doable! The refrigerator keeps getting mentioned in EVERY REVIEW!! IT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY!! We brought VERY little and it was not properly chillled for almost 2 days on max setting. Please just spend the little bit of money to preserve people's food! The sliding glass door in the master bedroom had been ripped off and just propped up with a screw so it didn't appear broken with just a glance. I also immediately the crew know this so we weren't blamed for it. It was disappointing to no be able to use the balcony entrance from the master, but we survived! All that said......Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Wear and tear and dirty floors happen, I just hope it get addressed for the next guests!! :-)

Excellent location! Great place to stay!

The condo was clean and roomy. Beautiful view of the water from the balcony and great location. Within walking distance to the hangout and many shops. Enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

Location is great! Close distance to many things, we enjoyed the park at owa and Waterville USA with the kids. Store and small market within walking distance, and sea & suds restaurant is right next door. Parking is not ideal if you have a bigger size vehicle, and there is only two elevators for entire building. Condo was okay, dryer left stains on our clothes, no TVs worked except the one in the master bedroom, and upon arrival I had to sweep and vacuum the floors because they were not cleaned. I would stay here again, just not the same unit.

I will never stay here again

I wish I could say our stay went better but unfortunately it did not. It worked for the week only because we were nearly 1000 miles away from home and there was not even an option to stay somewhere else after arriving. When we booked it stated check in was 3pm on VRBO. I got a text message the day of check in stating that check in was after 3pm and then another text stating that our check in would be delayed with no approximate delay time (was supposed to receive and email with check in instructions 7 days prior to stay and never did). We had small children with us and waited in the parking garage for an hour and 20 minutes to get into the condo in 90 degree weather after calling 3 times. When we arrived at the condo the front door was busted, metal was sticking out of it and you could see day light through it. The refrigerator also never cooled properly. they sent a maintenance man to do a master reset on the fridge after I called 3 times and he promised someone would be back to fix the fridge and no one ever came back. The fridge wasn't working properly our entire stay and no one ever called to check and make sure it got fixed. The dryer stained our clothes and squeaked the whole stay. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom in the hallway and when you would shower the paint would sag on the walls. My mom cut her foot on a piece of glass in the pool area. One of the elevators was out of order nearly our entire stay. The Liquid life staff were less than helpful. I did not receive a check out link either when we checked out. The kiddie pool was disgusting and cloudy. Some of the elevator security staff were rude and judgemental and spewing their opinions on people trapped in the elevators while they operated it. If I wouldn't have had small children with me I would have found another place to stay. We will never stay here again. It was like pulling teeth to get the rental company to be of any service.

Reviews are spot on

Before booking, I read a lot of reviews on this property. It does have a great location, great customer service, and easy checkin/out. However, the elevators are busy and the second one broken a lot. The room, not all the TVs broke and ALL the beds were below average. The room was not very clean either. Overall experience was good but the reviews are accurate. You would think that if enough people had problems with the beds, they would replace them. We had 10. 1 slept on the balcony furniture. Also, I’m not sure if the washer or dryer did this but a few items had grease looking stains on them(black streaked stains on it.)

Stay at Sea Winds

Overall the condo itself was super nice. The parking was horrible and hard to navigate. Bigger suvs and trucks struggle to back out. The pictures of the pool were very deceiving. The pools were much smaller than the pictures. Also the building needs more than 2 elevators. We waited 10 minutes plus several times. We were give one paper wrist band to access the pool for the whole week. The wrist bands got wet and couldn’t be worn after one use.

It was nice but...

The condo was very nice and clean. It is a very central location close to everything. The issues we had were the parking garage, construction, and the bunk beds. The parking garage was horrible. Tiny spots that were impossible to get out of the car once you were parked. And half the parking lot was blocked off for construction so parking was very limited. The pools were closed but we were told that in advance. We loved the kids pool. It was just difficult to get to due to construction. The bunk beds!!! They have a weight limit of 150 lbs per bed. That was not told to us and made a huge impact on where we were able to sleep. It was the worst part! The beds are also horribly uncomfortable.
