We had a wonderful getaway! Our condo was perfect and exactly as described. The whole rental process was amazing from booking to leaving. Liquid Life was amazing. The weather was perfect.

The condo was super cute! Great beach vibes with the colors, decor and furniture. Very clean & easy, quick beach access with a beautiful ocean view! We saw dolphins every morning from the balcony! Great communication also. Highly recommended and we will be back soon!!

Condo location was great. Condo could use some additional kitchen towels and hot pads. Also there weren’t any beach chairs nor beach towels so we had to go and purchase our own. Also the heavy equipment running at 2am was very irritating.

Great place to stay. Location was great. The condo was cozy and clean. Beautiful ocean views. Love the patio. The condo was equipped with essential items to make a quick meal. The only concern was the provided iron and ironing board. Overall, we had a great stay. I will stay here again in the future.

I can’t say enough good things. The condo was nicely furnished. It was super clean. Parking was easy. Literally just an elevator ride and then steps to the beach. And, the view! It was amazing.

We loved the condo, especially all the personal touches and Colors, super relaxing. We love staying at Crystal Shores West and Crystal Shores, great area. Our only complaint was the amount of Dog Hair throughout the condo, the couch was covered. We are still finding hair while unpacking. I am So sorry to complain, but we boarded our dog because I have so many allergies to different dogs and cats so I searched for a condo that pets were not allowed at. I understand owners are allowed to bring pets. I'm just mentioning this because some people have severe allergies and would not have been able to stay, it could have cause a problem. Thank goodness I was able to take allergy meds and was fine.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. It did rain every day but the sun managed to come out and we spent a lot of time on the beach. Now let’s talk about this unit. It’s was spotless. Beautifully decorated. The beds were amazing and the water pressure was unbelievable in the showers. The balcony was huge. We had friends over that were staying in Peridio beach and they were amazed by the size the view and our unit . The owner has her photography on canvas thru out the unit. She did an amazing job with her work. To sum this up we will stay here next year. The cleaning crew did do a wonderful job cleaning. I’m very picky when it comes to cleaning. We were so impressed I contacted the rental company and complemented them. We also asked it it was ok to tip the person who cleaned. They gave us the name and we left her a note with a tip. The rental office said they would be sure she received it. They were very thankful we acknowledged her and her hard work. Do not hesitate to to book this unit. You will love it. The condo looked exactly like the pictures. After a small mix-up with check-in (we had the bldg next door in GPS), we arrived at our booked condo and were relieved. Property Mgr was attentive and easy to reach with simple questions. The condo was stocked with appropriate supplies in the kitchen and bedrooms. Beds are firm just in case you are used to a softer mattress. Great beach access with service available once outside of condo in case you don't bring your own chairs and umbrellas. My family enjoyed the entire weekend including area restaurants.

I never leave a review but this has to be told. We traveled 6 hours and arrived at 3:00 . Time supposed to check in. Room was not ready. Waiting in front of the door for at least one hour. Called Liquid life to try and find out what was going on. We were told that the room was being cleaned and we told them that we spent a lot of money for this condo. The response was “SO HAS EVERYONE ELSE “ wow what customer service we got. We waited and the person cleaning finally came out. We entered the condo and needed to use the bathroom only to find no toilet paper. Then we find no soap to wash our hands. Not even the small bar that all the condo we stayed at in the past have always provided. We knew that we needed to bring supplies but we alway had the bare necessities at all other previous condos that we had stayed at. The worst part was when we finally got ready for bed. Got in the bed only to find that it was full of sand. Obviously the sheets were not washed. Both beds full of sand. So gross…..There is a note on the refrigerator that said someone will be checking in with you to see how things are going. No one checked in with us. Also don’t get your hopes up with having a Keurig Coffee maker. It’s missing a part that you put the pod in. So don’t go buy the coffee pods and waste your money like we did. One more thing. The beds are hard as a rock. We all woke up every day with aches and pains that we never had before. The condo is nice as far as the look. It’s just a shame that the cleaning service is so bad and the customer service for Liquid Life are rude. We will skip this condo next year.
