The beautiful, sugar-white sand beaches of Gulf Shores are only about 120 steps. The pool is accessible down one flight of stairs. The blue bedroom has a dresser with a large mirror, a ceiling fan, a closet, and a TV/DVD and cable. The full bath includes a tub/shower combo is between the two bedrooms. The yellow bedroom has a dresser with a large mirror, a ceiling fan, a closet, and TV/DVD and cable. The living room, dining room, and kitchen all enjoy an open floor plan. The sofa in the living room is a queen sleeper sofa with a matching chair. There is a pull-out sofa bed for extra guests. There is a 32-inch TV/DVD player in the living room and 19-inch TVs with DVD players in each bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything the group chef needs to prepare wonderful meals.

So, the code upon initial arrival took a few tries. Then after an hour or so me, my spouse and our two children were locked out for over and hour due to the code not working and customer support trying several times before finally getting us in the room

The location was perfect! I have two teenagers so being close to the hangout was perfect! We had a store and eating place right across from us that was great and they all were so nice! The rooms were a bitSmaller than expected but it was just fine! Great place, great price!

Definitely disappointed. It was not anything close to the pics. It is typically warm here; however, we have had unusual weather- there were no blankets and the hot water knob on the shower did not work...no hot shower after a cold night of little sleep. :(

Place was comfortable and quiet. The air conditioner needs some attention, wouldn’t go below 76 degrees. But the beach access was great and close to lots of shopping

The couches were very dirty, and also the mattresses were not clean as well…. It could have been a little more updated. The walls were all scuffed up and could use some paint. Overall it was not at all what was expected.

The condo was ok for a Friday to Tuesday Memorial Day weekend stay. The photo on the ad was probably made a few years back. The tub, sofa and floors need to be deep cleaned. The location was great. The condo could also supply blankets for the sofa bed. And an oven mitt in the kitchen. Just a few recommendations. Overall for a lower cost condo it was average. If it was cleaned and updated maybe more artwork then I would recommend this location. The restaurant/ store across the road was convenient.

The location was good with a short walk to the beach. The home was marginal at best. Let me give some examples of the disappointments - there was a coffee maker but no coffee filters; no spices (not even salt or pepper) for cooking; no oil or spray oils for cooking (which probably explains the condition of the pans); there were ants all over the kitchen counters for which the property managers came over to spray and set traps; there was a tiny bathroom with no hair dryer; there were bath towles but no beach towles or any other beach supplies - blanket, chairs, etc.; the pots and pans were old, bent (lids did not fit), and very worn; the furniture was stained and dirty; and there were no extra linens or even blankets for the beds (only sheets). If you are looking for a nice place to hang out, cook your own meals, and experience some comforts away from home, I would suggest you adjust your expectations. After staying at a different short-term rental the previous few days, comparatively, this rental was deeply disappointing. My best description would be - old, outdated motel 6 - it really needs a lot of work.

Just gross. Clogged tub drain. Mildewed bathroom ceiling. Dirty tub. Bug in the room. Hugh booger on the cold out couch mattress. Dirty/stained bedding.

Nice little condo. Not on the beach side though the condo is on the road side. Bathroom door was messed up. Did attempt to contact the property manager several times prior to arrival with no response but the day of our arrival I did speak to the call center; they were extremely helpful and nice. Perfect condo for just a few people. Parking spaces are tight. Also be sure and bring extra blankets, especially if someone has to sleep on the couch. No extra blankets. Condo was perfect for me and my bestfriend on our girls trip, I felt very safe staying there.

Would definitely stay here again! The condo was clean, on the beach and we were checked on frequently by the host. The public beach was just a small drive and the area was a lot of fun. The only thing I would do differently is bring some laundry soap as they only provide a small sample size and I wish they had a broom for all the sand. Other wise it was great.

The place was nice and clean. But that was about the only positive thing I can say about it. The beds were not comfortable, they turned out water off at 10:30 in the morning while someone was taking a shower & didn’t say anything until I texted them & then someone came and knocked on the door and said “I didn’t think it was a big deal, but we shut the water off I’ll turn it back on in a little while.” Also, they were doing construction on the condo above us which wasn’t a huge issue, besides the water being turned off & them doing construction all night until about 1 AM and then starting back up at 6:30 AM. The email I also got said that you didn’t need a password for WiFi but we didn’t have any WiFi until the next afternoon when someone finally sent me the login after asking the
