We took our kids here for a surprise vacation. The booking process was great! We had prompt communication and ease with checking in. However, the property only provides 6 towels for the entire stay at the condo. When I was texted by the property with check in details, I asked if we got get more towels and was sent a snarky message back from the property management company with my rental agreement which had in all caps, “NO DAILY MAID SERVICE.” I had asked if I could get more towels, not for someone to come in and clean the property. I was then told that text line was for only check in purposes, not communication with the property, which wasn’t outlined anywhere so I didn’t know that. All honest mistakes. I just felt that communication was unnecessarily rude.
The property itself was nice and we would stay here again. There were plenty of pillows, blankets, an extra fan, a cooler, and a good assortment of kitchen tools. The appliances looked to be new and worked great! However, our microwave was dirty and after the unnecessary snarky text debacle, I was hesitant and didn’t report that. The facility had a great outdoor pool if the kids tired of the sand at the beach and so that was a great option we had. There was also where you could borrow toys outside at the pool and the showers to rinse off from at the beach. There was an indoor pool but we didn’t utilize it.
