Beautifully appointed 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom vacation rental located in the Phoenix All Suites West Hotel.

·         Queen sofa bed and flat-screen television in the living room.

·         Fully-equipped kitchen has breakfast bar seating two.

·         Seating for three at table in dining area.

·         Hallway has built-in kiddie bunk bed alcove.

·         Master bedroom with King-size bed and flat-screen television.

·         Master bathroom with tub and shower combination.

·         Table with four chairs on Gulf-front balcony.
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

view awesome , cleanliness few issues in kitchen but not enough to make a bad review there was not enough glasses , if there were more than 2 people the frying pan was not big enough to handle cooking food we had a great time and will return if we make another trip down there

Disappointed

We were very excited to be able to find this property to extend our stay, however, the property smelled like cigarette smoke and the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. I tried to reach out to management of the property and the company maintaining the rental and was unsuccessful in getting any answers. We vacated the property shortly after arriving and I have not had good contact with anyone in management since to attempt to make it right.

Awesome place!

This truly has the best view of the beach.. Its a short walk to the Hangout and the stores in Gulf Shores. Very nice pool. We will definitely stay there next year.

Weekend Stay

Was great for a weekend stay, but the noise level in the surrounding rooms was not enjoyable! Lots of banging & loud music till well after 10p.m. Lots of smoking on balconys was apparent, because we could smell it as soon as we stepped on our balcony several times. Hard to enjoy the balcony & the view. I only say this because we saw a sign in the elevator that stated, no smoking on the balcony! The bed on the other hand was very comfortable!!! We slept very well in it!! & the view from the 16th floor was amazing!!
