Adorable one-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom hotel suite that sleeps six is located on the 15th floor of the Phoenix All Suites West Hotel. This hotel suite is located on the west corner of the hotel offering a grander view of the area.

·         Sofa Queen sleeper in the living area.

·         Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances.

·         Child-size bunks in the hallway next to the half bathroom.

·         King-size bed on carpet in the master bedroom.

·         Master bathroom has a shower and tub combination.

·         Beautiful Gulf-front view from the balcony that seats four at the table.
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

Perfect location and enough space for all of us. The only thing I would’ve liked is more coffee cups and cups in general. There were only 2 of each. Otherwise, we enjoyed it!

The room was ok, the bunk beds are super short. My niece is 5'2 and couldnt sleep on them. The bathtub has a big crack down the middle. They also only had 1 elevator going, so sometimes the wait for an elevator was a good 30 minutes and being on the 15th floor you couldnt take the stairs with all of your things. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the access to the beach was great as well.

Better than i expected

We were only there for a short time so I wanted to skip on the cleaning and extra fee's of a condo but wanted a balcony to enjoy for the night. This place was nearly perfect and very economical. It was on the west end of the 15th floor so we had a beautiful view of the gulf and the street/water behind us too. It was clean and the air was cool. If I were staying longer i would want a washer/dryer in the unit. There is a step over onto the balcony that seemed higher than normal but was fine for us and I had someone handicap with me. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils and ect. I do enjoy the extra spices and few little staples you get sometimes at individually owned condos but understand why they wouldn't be here. The only halfway negative thing i have to say is when we arrived at 3pm (before check in) i went to the desk to make sure we were at the right location and she confirmed and told me that I would be sent a text when the suite was ready. Check-in was at 4 and at closer to 5 I still had not received a text. I called and they told me that the room had been ready since about 2pm. She was nice and sent our code right away. It just would have been nice to have been able to acess our room at check in since it was such a short trip. Overall it was a wonderful stay that we weren't ready to leave.

Spring Break mini-vacation

Great location! Great views of ocean from corner 15th floor. Condo is smaller than most but just what we needed for price for 3 days.. Kids loved the Bunkbeds. Had to wait just a bit for elevators. Next to Bahama Bobs for good lunch or dinner. Close walk to shops etc. Laundry facilities on property for $1.50 coins per load. Would be nice if it was in the unit but that’s our only wish. Kitchen was stocked and new looking. Definit
