Cozy and comfortable one-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom hotel suite that sleeps six is located on the 15th floor of the Phoenix All Suites West Hotel.

·         Sofa Queen sleeper in the living area.

·         Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances.

·         Child-size bunks in the hallway next to the half bathroom.

·         King-size bed on carpet in the master bedroom.

·         Master bathroom has a shower and tub combination.

·         Beautiful Gulf-front view from the balcony that seats four at the table.
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Great spot!

Great location, easy access to beach, walkable to several shops and restaurants. Onsite coin operated laundry. Only 2 elevators that guests and maintenance share, sometimes a long wait to get to your floor or full elevators

Magnificent retreat !!

I was thrilled with the ease of the check-in and check-out method. Everything was a breeze. The room was clean and no disturbances at all. The property location is stupendous and just what I was looking for in a solo trip. Thanks for being a part of my dream to see the Gulf again. The time was precious.

I enjoyed a lovely visit at Phoenix All Suites Hotel in Gulf Shores Beach, Alabama during November. I had an issue with the constant noise at all hours of the night with the upstairs neighbors and expressed my frustration of no sleep to the onsite manager, Kaylynn. She was empathetic and worked with Reservations to assign/relocate me to another condo ... away from the upstairs neighbors with whom she had already spoken to regarding the noise complaints. However, they were not compliant with her requests, so she acted accordingly to ensure my concerns were addressed. I appreciate the excellent customer service she provided through my stay.

A Nice Overnight Getaway

Nice property, professionally managed. We live 3 hours North of the Emerald Coast and get down to the beach as much as we can. This was perfect for the one night we could get away! The unit was clean and the host was communocative.

The condo was clean and updated, only issue was no coffee filter holder in the coffee pot. I informed the staff, who were very courteous and helpful. View from the balcony was Awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay for a weekend!!!

The unit was clean, well stocked kitchen and a great view of the gulf!!! Another plus was the boardwalk to the beach, it allowed me to push my mother in her wheelchair to the beach!!

View was AMAZING, everything else was a letdown.

The first day was a big letdown. 1st - We have no running water in any of the sinks. I was waiting on hold for the rep to find out when they could get someone out when my husband figured out how to manually get the water turned on. 2nd - The tv in the bedroom didn’t work so I had to call again for help to fix something the first night. We were told they’d send someone out the next day so we had to hope he’d arrive before our plans for that day. Luckily enough he showed up in time and got it working. However, it only worked for a short period and then started going in and out making it impossible to watch anything. I gave up at that point, I didm’t bother calling for more service. 3 - The refrigerator sounded like it was dying. It would make horrible loud rattling and squelching noise for what went on for long periods of time and would do this off and on the entire time drowning out the sounds of the waves while our balcony door was open. 4th - The ice maker didn’t work. I reported this to the person I had been corresponding with but he never followed up or sent anyone out to try and fix it. Honestly, I don’t think there was any fixing it, the fridge was super old and the freezer had rust in it. 5th - The vent in the bedroom on the ceiling rattled while it was on which was a bit annoying. 6th - the master bathroom was small & old. The sink needs to be replaced for sure. The condo needs much updating. We pay good $$, we expect things to at least work and not be making noise.

Great weekend away

We enjoyed a nice weekend away with our family. Location was great, close to many restaurants and shops. The place was clean and just as pictured. Communication with the owner was speedy, with thorough check in instructions. Would recommend and stay again.
