Enjoy this Beachfront Condo with Amazing Views!

You will love staying in 1303 Crystal Shores. This beautifully decorated, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium is on the gulf coast's premier beach. The emerald blue seas are right off the large balcony awaiting your arrival. This unit is ON the beach.

I have upscale towels and linens as well as provide basic starter supplies as in (1) paper towel roll, (1) toilet paper roll per bathroom, laundry detergent, (2) dish washing tabs, etc. are all included with my rental.

Crystal Shores was completed in 2004. It is located just one mile west of the center of Gulf Shores. This condominium features very tasteful decor that will give you the comfort of home away from home. You will enjoy a fully-stocked kitchen with stainless steal appliances, guartz counter tops and a bar eating area and dining area. Just take one look at the furnishings and you will see how relaxing your vacation can be. Enjoy watching television or just admiring the wonderful 13th floor gulf view from the living area or master bedroom.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, armoire with 39 in. LED television and DVD player. The second bedroom has a cozy queen-size bed with 42 in, LED television and DVD player.
Just minutes from great shopping and activities for the kids.
You will truly enjoy your stay.

Check in time is after 3:00 PM and check out time is by 9:30 AM.

The condo association does not allow RV's or trailers on the property. There is a strict No Smoking policy within the condo or on the Balcony. The max over night guest occupancy is restricted to 4 people. I make sure my unit and my guests are in compliance with the Association rules.

CALENDAR - Please consult the calendar for available dates as it is ALWAYS current. No dates are held w/o paid deposit.

Once you reserve the condo you will receive a Rental Conditions Form via the email address you have provided. The signed Rental Conditions form should be faxed or emailed to Tana Owen. When the final rental payment has been received, you get an email containing the access code and entry instructions. The parking pass(es) will be inside on the kitchen counter so nothing to forget and nothing to pick-up or return.

This was our first time to the Gulf Shores, and I’m glad we chose this condo. Our host was wonderful. Very welcoming. Everything in the condo was set up perfectly like a five star hotel. I wish the weather had been warmer, but everyone is experiencing this cold front. At least we had a beautiful Gulf view to enjoy from the balcony.

The balcony view and furniture are fantastic. We sat outside looking over the gulf for hours. The condo is very well appointed and very clean. The complex has everything you may need. Pool, gym, sauna, game room and is close to restaurants. We will be staying here often.

Perfect condo for families

Property was very clean and well maintained. Loved the ease of getting to the beach (since that’s where we stayed most of the time). Absolutely beautiful view of the Gulf from the balcony. Had a wonderful time.

Great Vacation

Our first time to Gulf Shores was absolutely amazing. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Tana, our host was easy to reach and everything was exactly as she had said.The weather was perfect, we had delicious food especially at the FloraBama yacht club. We really enjoyed everything about Gulf Shores and will vacation here again. The only negative thing was, I got stung by a jellyfish. Ouch

Gulf Shores Stay

Our stay here was perfect! The location was amazing and the convenience to walk down to the beach was great. The condo is on the 13th floor so you can sit outside on the balcony and see dolphins. This was perfect for our family!

Fantastic Condo on the Beach!

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo! It started with great communication from Tana the owner who even sent us a list of her personal recommendations for the area. The condo itself was beautiful and relaxing. Super clean, beach vibe decor, comfy beds with great bedding, great bathrooms with plenty of thick, fluffy towels, a great kitchen with all the dishes & utensils you’ll need! The good sized balcony offers great gulf/beach views and great sunrise and sunset views! Just steps to the beach! Both indoor and outdoor pools were heated, as is the hot tub. So inviting on slightly chillier days. The condo is located in the midst of shops, restaurants, and the state park. Even walking distance from a few places. We look forward to a return visit. Thanks Tana for providing a great place to stay!

Wonderful condo

We truly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is very clean and the kitchen is supplied well with all the utensils you’d need. The location is perfect and you can walk right out to the beach.

My daughter thoroughly enjoyed herself. Got her 20000 steps in every day. I developed bronchitis and was pretty much housebound. Weather chilly but you can’t control that.
