Elevated First Floor Beachfront w/ Beautiful Balcony Views

Spacious beach front condo with all you'll need for your beach get away! Three bedrooms, one w/2 Queen beds, one w/King and one w/2 Twins. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Sleeper sofa. Three full baths. Linens provided...just bring your beach towels. Full size washer and dryer in unit. View beach and pool from both the living room and front bedroom! Large balcony with great view. Our condo is on the first floor of a seven story building accessed by either stairs or elevator. Low density building with two units per floor. Ground level has pool, charcoal BBQ grills & picnic tables. Utilize the fully equipped kitchen or eat out at the many local places nearby. The City of Gulf Shores operates a drop-off recycling facility at 160 W. 36th Avenue. All items must be sorted into the proper bins.
NOTE: At least one person in your party must be 25 years of age or older.

Please treat our 2nd home with the same respect you would your own. We've put a lot of effort into making it a nice vacation getaway for our guests.
Guests should not leave the condo in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning. All trash removed and fridge emptied at checkout is expected.
Please keep most of the sand on the beach instead of in the condo! You may be subject to a $300 charge if any of the above rules are not followed.

We had a perfect stay this unit is amazing much room there is everything you need we cooked 3 meals the kitchen has everything the view is so nice. The elevator is right outside your door they have carts to help you move in and out. Ypur parking spot is right bt the door. Im handicap it made it so easy for me great place to rent

My husband and I had our son and his wife and daughter, our oldest grandson and his wife and our 20 year old granddaughter stay with us.I love the condo. We stayed there 2 years ago as well. My husband's family gets together after Christmas in Fairhope, and we like to stay at the beach.The only thing that didn't work right was the Keurig coffee maker. The insert for it didn't seem to fit.We got ground coffee and used the regular coffee maker. All was fine.

Beach front paradise

The property was unmatched. No large crowds and beautiful views of the beach and the pool. All just steps away. Our family fit perfectly in the 3 the bedroom with everyone having their own bathroom. Also within walking distance is a bar and grill with a beach store/convenient store.

Gulf shores family vacay

We had to contact owner to get the door to open when we first arrived, he answered the call quickly, was kind and helpful with instructions, we got the door to open after that and had no further issues. We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The deck has an oceanfront view which is absolutely beautiful.

This property was great! Right on the beach with access to the property pool as well! Property managers/owners were very responsive and helped me with every request I had! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a spacious, beach-front experience!

My stay at Casa Del Sole

Our condo was perfect. It had everything we needed plus more. Many things that I brought were already there. My family felt the same way. My grandson had trouble with the Internet, but that was the only thing. We never turned on the TV sets. The location was great and we’ve stayed at Gulf Shores a few times. But this place was wonderful. I would ask for the same place if I went again

Winter getaway

The condo was very well equipped with kitchen amenities and nice linens. It was very convenient to restaurants and other attractions. The only negative was that the carpet in the master bedroom and bath could use a good cleaning.. Enjoyed our stay.

Great family stay

This is our second time staying at this condo and we loved it even more this time around. The location is great and it is the most convenient place for families with small children. The walk to the beach is short and the first floor location makes it so easy to use the stairs and not have to rely on the elevator. The condo itself is well equipped and comfortable. It really does feel like home away from home. We will absolutely be back again!

Look No Further

My husband and I stayed with our 3 kids, ages 13-19. This was perfect for us and if we go back to GS, we will look to book this property. We loved the smaller building with less hustle & bustle of the larger complexes. The condo was very clean and the space worked for our group. The location was also perfect and only steps away from the beach and pool. Beds were comfortable and kitchen/supplies stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Couldn't have asked for a better accommodation.
