The kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs with all things needed including - microwave, dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker. The dining seats 4 at the table and 2 at the bar. Edgewater is in a prime location to experience all Gulf Shores has to offer when it comes to dining, shopping and recreation! This property is not only beach front with quick and easy access to the beautiful white sandy beaches, but it also has a great outdoor pool. There is a BBQ grill for your use and an elevator for ease of access.

Other Things to Note:

🅿️Your reservation comes with one parking pass. A second may be purchased for $75. The price is set by the HOA, not us.



🚫NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.



🔞AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.



ℹ️At check-in, guests must pick up parking pass from our office which is 6.5 miles from the complex. Plan accordingly.
