Great location in Gulf Shores right on the beach, connected to a pier with a restaurant (Sea N Suds) on the Gulf. Within walking distance of The Hangout, restaurants, souvenir shops, and all amenities of downtown Gulf Shores area.
Sixth floor unit with panoramic view of the Gulf. Totally updated condo with all the modern conveniences including 3 flat screen TV's and WIFI. Recently renovated the entire kitchen with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops.

it has a nice view of the golf from balcony but after we arrived my wife spent one full day cleaning the condo, the condo was remodeled in 2023 but it was done very poorly, the unit needs maintenance done on it for the doors do not stay shut if theres a wind and you open the front door,some of the electrical outlets will not hold a plug in them, one smoke detector had no battery in it, internet was included but terrible, would not down load netflex, the manager did refund our cleaning fee, parking lot is very crowed and may have to park across street.. over all location is great and we enjoyed our stay i guess considering the price we paid we should expect things not to be perfect

Overall it was a great vacation and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The condo was fully stocked with extras, its clean and decorated very nicely. Communication with owners was great we would stay again.

Met our needs!

This condo met all of our needs. Close to the beach, clean and comfy. The Boardwalk is an older building but seems to be wearing well. The condo was updated but there are a few things that may need updated in the future. Everything was functional and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the fridge is roomy. I don’t think there was anything we couldn’t find. The coffee pot uses pods or makes a pot. Don’t miss the carts that the Boardwalk has for taking everything upstairs. The elevators work well! Note that only one car can park in the front lot and the other has to be across the street. There is usually security to help with all those situations. We were just some ladies enjoying each other’s company and the beach. We were glad to have a nice kitchen to cook a few meals in as restaurants had lines up to an hour to an hour and a half. We loved the balcony and the beach view. If I get back to Gulf Shores, I would love to stay here again. If you have a question, don’t hesitate to contact the host as he was very responsive.

Overall, the property was great! My only complaint is that the door in the bedroom that led to the balcony was not sealed. All of the doors leading out had seen better days. The location was convenient, and we were able to walk to restaurants and shops.

Memorial Day Week Stay

This condo worked out wonderfully for our family of 4. All the rooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and the like so we couls enjoy meals from the balcony.

Amazing Views

The property itself was very well maintained. We were able to wake up daily and watch the dolphins from our balcony. The market directly across the street was very handy. The host was very responsive and great to deal with. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The place was great! The location was awesome! Right on the beach next to a great restaurant!!! The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals! It would have been nice if there were some beach chairs there to use, but other than that it was a great vacation!!

Perfect family vacation!
