Welcome to Surf Side Shores 2202! This beautifully situated condo offers a direct Gulf-front view and is designed to provide a comfortable stay for up to six guests. Positioned on the second level, it provides easy access by elevator or stairs, with a pleasant view of the lower-level pool and beach.

Surf Side Shores 2202 features a spacious and inviting living area, complete with a cozy sofa that easily converts into a queen-sized bed, making it perfect for additional sleeping space. A collection of books is available for a leisurely read, and the balcony offers stunning beach and waterfront views, providing a great spot for outdoor enjoyment. The dining area seats four, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a standard coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, toaster, and blender. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a TV, and a private bathroom with a combination tub and shower plus a single vanity. The second bedroom also boasts a king bed, a TV, and its own private bathroom with a single vanity. Enjoy a relaxing stay with ample space and thoughtful amenities.

About Surf Side Shores:
Surf Side Shores is situated directly on the beach, with no distance between the unit and the shoreline. Just one mile from the main intersection in Gulf Shores, this prime location ensures you're close to the action while still enjoying the beachfront. Beach services are provided by Ike's. Additional amenities include outdoor barbecue grills conveniently located at the flagpole between buildings 1 and 2, as well as access to both an outdoor pool and a kiddie pool. Guests can also use the pools in buildings 1 and 2, which feature heated pools during the winter months from November to March on an alternating annual basis as maintained by the HOA, providing comfort during the cooler months and offering more options for relaxation and fun.

Whether you're relaxing by the beachfront pools, enjoying a swim in the Gulf, or exploring nearby attractions, Surf Side Shores 2202 offers a Gulf Shores retreat brimming with coastal charm and leisure.

Location was nice, beach was great. Pest control guy had code to room and let himself in unannounced. Room was a little on the dirty side. Elevator didn’t work during check-in or check out, so there was a lot carrying up and down the stairs.

Excellent

This was the perfect place for a family vacation! We stayed for 6 days and really enjoyed this place! The view from the balcony is perfect and not as obstructed by the trees as the pictures show. Had a very clear view of the ocean. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The only problem we encountered was the balcony door not locking but bender realty (the owners) is right across the street and very helpful. Someone was sent out that day to fix it. Also worth adding, the water is extremely close to the condo. My mother has bad knees and the water being so close was a relief for her. The bridge over the dunes is very short and it’s only a few steps from there to the water. The balcony is spacious and the sounds of the ocean are loud and clear. I’ve stayed at many condos up and down the coast and this was one of the most peaceful relaxing stays I’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend. And much thanks to Bender Realty for being so helpful and responsive the entire stay.

Great time on the beach

We had a wonderful getaway from the cold weather in Michigan. We enjoyed everything about the condo. It was very clean and a great location. The only downfall would be the quality of the bed. Everything else was perfect.
