This second-floor unit offers comfortable accommodations for up to 8 guests, Gulf views from the balcony, and easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local festivals.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 passes allowed for this unit. Not included in reservation. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Beautiful home and is exactly as described. Plenty of room for our group. Everything was clean. We all loved it and had no complaints. The battery was low in the thermostat and they were there to fix it in less than 10 minutes.

The condo was nice. Easy access to the beach. The pool was good. Only issue was that the dishwasher was not cleaning the dishes. I called and they said they put in a work order. No one came to fix it while we were there. My only concern was how long it had been broken because some dishes that we took out of the cabinets were obviously dirty.

First Annual Beck/Roberts Vacay

Location was great. We arrived a little early at 3:30pm after traveling all day with six kids and could not get a response to see if we could go in early. So we waited in the parking lot with six children until 4pm and then went upstairs to the room. When we arrived, the cleaning lady was still in the room cleaning. We had to wait in the hallway for another 20 minutes. When we finally did go in, the top bunk bed was not made, the floors were wet from her quick mop job. The condo was decorated beautifully but appeared larger online than in person. It still worked great for our family though. Everyone of us (8 total) had a place to sleep comfortably and the couch was comfy to relax on as well. The second night, we did have a huge cockroach in the flamingo room. The washer and dryer were also very small and loud. There were only two spare blankets in the condo and with 8 of us, we had to cuddle up and share. Overall, we had a good time. Beach access was great and easy, we used the recommended vendor to rent umbrella and chairs. Wish these had been included, as many of the other condos we considered had beach supplies included at the property to use during our stay. Pool was nice but basic. Nothing fancy and can’t even see the ocean from the pool because of a small hill. With the cost of parking passes and then the umbrella rental and food and tourism, it was more expensive than anticipated but we had a good time.

Sand In My Boots Festival

We were very happy with the location of the property in relation to where the festival was being held - literally a 5 minute walk! The space itself was very inviting, clean & had an amazing view! We were very happy with everything & had an amazing time! We will definitely be using your company again the next time we are back in Gulf Shores!

Family Vacation

The location of the property was perfect. The Beach was very nice as was the pool area. I feel, for the cost of this unit, we should have been supplied with more than the roll of toilet paper that was on the holder. Also one dishwasher pod and a partial roll of paper towels… not a big deal, but with a family of 5 adults and 3 children (5 and under) this would have been nice. The kitchen floor was very dirty and I can’t believe it had been mopped after the last guests. I had on new white socks and they were brown on the bottom within an hour of our arrival. These may be little things I’m bringing up, but for the amount of money I paid for a 4 night stay, it would have been nice to have had the Basic Daily needs provided. Also, my son repaired the door lock as it was coming off the door and also the door to the trashcan cabinet in the kitchen that came off when we opened it.

Loved the place. Owners keep a perfect assortment of kitchen supplies. TVs on Dish network. Excellent internet. Beachball property management were awesome anytime we needed something. One tiny correction to make it 5 stars, need to replace the queen mattress in the back bedroom (worn out). I have a lot of confidence the owners and property managers will take care of that.

Wonderful place with Amazing Location

Check in to the property was easy and simple. The code came in an email. There was an issue with the door lock (it was missing a number that was part of our code), but we were able to get in and the maintenance department was there to replace the lock by the time we unpacked. There were shopping carts and luggage carts to help carry things up. The size of the condo was great for our family of 5. We could have fit a few more people if necessary. There were a few things that the condo could have used. There was a washer and dryer, but no laundry basket. The unit also did not have a cutting board, or grilling utensils. The toaster was also small for a larger unit like this one. All of the pans were left pretty greasy and with a fill on top of them. The property could use a deep cleaning, and a few minor updates. The throw pillows were beat down and pulled, and the bed pillows and bedding had some stains. Overall I would stay here again, as all of the issues we had were minor, and the view and sound of the ocean can make you forget almost anything. The Italian restaurant across the street was great, and also close proximity to the hangout.

Mold on ceiling

We noticed mold along the hallway by the ceiling. We had a child staying with us that has severe asthma and can’t be anywhere near mold. We asked to be moved, but they couldn’t put us in another property that would fit everyone in our party. So they had someone come out and “ clean” it, but it was still there. We had to take my friends son to stay with family an hour away because he could stay there. We were told we would get refunded a nights stay for the inconvenience, but this never happened. If you don’t mind staying somewhere that has mold and smells musty, this is the place for you. They told us everywhere in south Alabama has mold and mildew due to the humidity, but I’ve stayed multiple places in this area and this has never been an issue. I would not recommend this place to stay.

If we had filled every bed, we all couldn’t fit. Washer and dryer was tiny. No storage or pantry for food. No communication about how to get a parking pass. Asked another resident and then was charged tax for the parking pass. Is that even legal? Trash chute was full.
