  • No hay caminos o estacionamientos para cruzar! Camina por la cancha de tenis y las piscinas, luego estarás en el paseo marítimo sobre las dunas. ¡Está a menos de 4 minutos a pie! IMAGINE los recuerdos que hará en este complejo orientado a la familia. Actividades para toda la familia: 7 piscinas, jacuzzis, piscina cubierta, tenis, saunas, baloncesto, putting green, shuffleboard, voleibol, sala de fitness, restaurante en el lugar, Kiva Dune Golf Club, chárter de pesca.

    Condominio de dos habitaciones y dos baños en el edificio Plantation Palms en Gulf Shores Plantation, quinto piso. Nuestro condominio ha sido remodelado, reformado y redecorado. Nuevos pisos de baldosas de "madera flotante" y pintura en todas partes. Sin alfombra Nuevos gabinetes y encimeras, nuevos tocadores de baño, muebles nuevos, nuevos ventiladores de techo y nueva decoración. CUATRO sillas altas en el balcón para su placer visual más una mesa de comedor con capacidad para cuatro afuera.     Gulf Shores Plantation es un complejo ubicado en la tranquila zona de Fort Morgan de Gulf Shores, Alabama. El complejo cuenta con 7 piscinas que incluyen una nueva piscina cubierta, canchas de tenis iluminadas, sauna, jacuzzis, gimnasio, pozos de herradura, putting green, cancha de baloncesto, voleibol de arena y tres paseos marítimos a la playa. Nuestra playa vacía está muy espaciosa, con arena blanca como el azúcar y nuestra famosa agua esmeralda. Contamos con seguridad 24/7 en la caseta de vigilancia al ingresar al complejo. Los registros tardíos son bienvenidos. El altamente calificado Kiva Dunes Golf Club se encuentra a poca distancia y las vistas del campo y la bahía se pueden ver desde la entrada trasera de nuestra unidad del quinto piso. Nuevo en Gulf Shores Plantation es un restaurante de servicio completo en la propiedad. Hay otros restaurantes convenientemente ubicados a 5 minutos del complejo y una cocina totalmente equipada si prefiere quedarse a comer. Cene al aire libre en nuestro enorme balcón de 8 ′ x 23 ’.

    Nuestro condominio está equipado con una nueva lavadora y secadora de calidad comercial, 2 armarios de ropa blanca, un armario de vestíbulo, armarios de dormitorio, cocina de tamaño completo que incluye lavavajillas y microondas, una cama king en el dormitorio principal y 2 gemelos que se pueden juntar en el habitación de huéspedes. Todos los armarios están disponibles para uso de los huéspedes. Tenemos un nuevo sofá cama queen, una nueva cama de día y un escritorio de computadora incorporado en la sala de estar. Duerme siete.

    Estamos aceptando reservas ahora para ambas unidades. Nuestros números de listado VRBO son 929518 y 866229. Solo compramos y rehabilitamos unidades con fantásticas vistas y caminatas cortas a la playa sin caminos o estacionamientos para cruzar.

    Los requisitos del arrendatario son un contrato de alquiler firmado y un comprobante de edad de 25 años o más para el arrendatario que ocupa el condominio durante toda la duración de la reserva. (copia o foto de texto de la licencia de conducir)

We had the best time. We went to the beach and the pool every single day, enjoyed coffee and ice cream at Selah right on sight as well. (VERY good) We would definitely stay here again, we loved it!

We had a wonderful stay. Our host was very helpful and very quick to respond. The location was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. We can't wait for another trip.

Great views and it only took 2 minutes to walk to the water’s edge. Condo is well-stocked and very clean. Highly recommend!

Annual Sister Trip

The condo location is perfect. The condo is very clean, roomy and comfortable. I love the huge balcony. We have been on numerous "Sister Trips" to the beach and this is the overall best condo for us. We had a blast and look forward to returning next year!

Everything was great! Location was perfect. The beach and pool were very easy to get to. Loved that two beach chairs and an umbrella was included we used them everyday. Everything was just so easy and very relaxing. We loved it!

Family trip

We had a great time! The condo was perfect, it was very clean, had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was very nice. Liz was very easy to work with and responded to all my questions immediately. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

Everything was absolutely perfect. From the cleanliness, the lay out, amenity’s and the balcony view. My 2 kids and I were so comfortable in the condo we would just hang out in the room or balcony rather than go down to the beach sometimes. We truly felt at home.

Perfect fit

I brought my grand daughters down from Ohio. They wanted to go to the beach for vacation. If your goal is to have maximum beach time this is the place. Far enough away from the commercialized beach and distractions. The only restaurant around is on site but very pricey for a family. Plenty of outdoor grills and a full kitchen. Overall a great place to stay. Will come back in the future.

4th of July family vacation

We had a great time. The condo was amazing and had everything you could need. The beach chairs snd umbrella was a definite bonus! We also enjoyed having all the pools, tennis/pickleball courts and even the shuffleboard with being able to borrow the equipment to play at the check in station.. Liz was great at answering questions about the resort too!

Was a nice place for vacation,loved everything at the place except In my opinion the bathroom/ shower in the unit are small ,shower heads needs updating and beds very uncomfortable hard to get a good night sleep,definitely needs updating on mattresses, besides that nice place

Family Vacation

Beautiful view of the ocean on the large balcony. Furnishings matched the listing (kitchen was fully furnished and the chairs on the beach were very nice to be included in stay) and a bonus was we found an egg crate in the closet to put on the twin bed to make it softer (thank you for furnishing!). Liz is very fast to answer any question and very nice. Would love to stay again if in the area.

Nice and very comfy condo. It had everything we needed with a great view of the beach frim the balcony. We have stayed on the property many times and a super nice cindo. Ms. Liz was a pleasure to work with. Will be returning!!

A much needed weekend getaway!!!

We LOVE coming to Plantation Palms in Ft. Morgan!! It’s not over crowded, the views are wonderful, the beach is just perfect not a far walk to get there. Our host Liz was AMAZING!!! Definitely recommend staying at her place. She communicated very well and responded almost immediately!! Highly Highly recommend staying at her place!!!

It was a coastal playground!

We enjoyed napping and relaxing on the balcony. It was much larger than other condos in the area. There was an array of things to do: tennis, pickleball, golf, hot tubs, pools, indoor pools, volleyball, walks on the entire resort. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen and a full size washer and dryer. It was recently remodeled and redecorated. We will return!

My happy place

The condo we stayed in this time was just absolutely beautiful! It had been newly remodeled and redecorated. The condo owner Liz was just as sweet as she can be and any time i texted her she responded ASAP!! we had no major problems. The condo was clean...the view was amazing! I do believe we will be calling Liz again in the future to stay in her beautiful condo! Had a wonderful week at the beach and cant wait to do it again mext year!!

Great Condo

Wonderful relaxing vacation home! Loved that it was just like pictures on the website. Had everything our family needed for a relaxing week of beach time. Condo is very clean. Liz was very nice and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Loved the spacious patio and enjoyed breakfast on the Adirondack furnishings. If I were to suggest anything additional, it would be to purchase different mattresses for both bedrooms - wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it was rather uncomfortable after a few nights. I did try the egg crate topper that was in the closet, but it still was not a good nights rest. After our daughter and her family left we moved to master Bedroom. I would recommend this condo as the good outweighs the bad- phenomenal views from the kitchen, living area and master bedroom.
