Royal Palms 705 is located at 561 East Beach Boulevard in beautiful Gulf Shores, Alabama.

This colorful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is ready for your next family vacation! The master suite features a King bed, the guest room has a Queen bed, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room making this unit comfortable to sleep up to 6 people. 2 TVs, a DVD player and WiFi are all available for your entertainment. You can easily prepare meals in house with the fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. Make sure to spend some time soaking up the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico!

Royal Palms is a beautiful property with lots of excellent amenities. With it’s gulf front location, you will have easy access to the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores every day! There are both an indoor and an outdoor pool, exercise room, steam room and sauna. This property is located near the 1540 ft. Gulf State Park Fishing Pier and very close proximity to all of the best dining, shopping and recreation that the island has to offer. Please note there is a new BBQ grilling area. The building has 2 elevators for ease of access throughout.

Check in was at 5, we've stayed at Royals Pals for years always a nice stay. Unit could use a little updating especially the kitchen. Definitely would recommend staying here. Had 2 bedrooms which is nice. Our ac stopped working and Benders vacation rentals was fantastic to get someone to fix it immediately.

Roomy and clean

We enjoy staying at Royal Palms because of location. This condo has a great layout so you don't feel cramped. This is the cleanest condo we have stayed in.

The condo was very clean and in a good location

Our stay was wonderful despite the tropical storm that came. I would let other renters know that they cannot put any shoes or beach chairs outside the door.

Great mini vacation!

We love staying in the last condo on the beach next to the state park. It’s so quiet and serene and great for relaxing. Will stay at this out again! Very clean and fully stocked (except salt and pepper…removed during Covid) so bring your own.

Great getaway!!!

We had such a great time! Condo was very clean and looked just like the pictures showed. Beautiful view from our room and you walk right out and then you’re on the beach. Very convenient location to everything and all the staff were very friendly. Very easy process from checking in to checking out. I would definitely come back and stay again at this location. No complaints!

I enjoyed the place overall. Cleanliness wasn’t up to par. Can drink left behind tv, master bedroom tv didn’t work, sand on floor, candy wrapper under pillow, bed in twin room not completely made. I have pics!! For the fees and overall price I expect perfection. Internet was spotty!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay. The property had everything we needed. Such a short boardwalk to the beach and both an indoor and outdoor pool. We used the grill one night for dinner and the condo had everything we needed. Would stay in this unit again for our next trip to Gulf Shores.

Great location

This condo was in the perfect spot for our stay. Right before the state park so the beach was not super crowded like all the huge condos that line E Beach Blvd. Super short walk to the beach. The size of the condo itself was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 1 infant. Furniture on the patio was also very nice. With that said, some aspects need to be updated. The biggest concern was that majority of the outlets did not charge our cell phones throughout the day. Lamps worked when plugged in those outlets. But not chargers. Next up was the door. It was a bit tricky to get the hang of and would get stuck a lot.

Needs Better Management

The location was nice, right on the beach. Good amount of space and nice balcony. Unfortunately that is where the pros ended for us. Upon arrival it was not very clean. The floors didn’t look to be mopped and the showers looked like they hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while. There was a pod coffee maker but no pods. They should have been clear to bring pods and what kind of machine it was. Another thing that was not clear was that they only provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one liner per trash can. We ran out of toilet paper and had to run to get more, which is fine but it should have been more obvious in the welcome email so we could be prepared. The pillows were lumpy and the AC didn’t work in the main bedroom. It was an extra half an hour drive to get to the office to pick up the welcome packet and then drive to the condo. Overall not what we expected but it was decent for a place to sleep, get ready, and store our stuff.

Amazing view!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the property and especially being right in the beach. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. Was a little surprised by no sponge in the kitchen which made it a little hard to clean the pots and pans but otherwise it was great.

Family Escape!

It was our first visit to Gulf Shores and we absolutely fell in love! The location of the condo was perfect to family friendly restaurants, things to do, shopping, and the beach was perfect! We were able to rent chairs on the beach and spend the day enjoying the water and sand! We will definitely be back soon!

Great location!

Everything was great about the property except it was not clean( it had not been swept or mopped at all) and the living room furniture could use some updating. The location was perfect, no waiting on the elevator, the walk to the beach was 2-3 minutes max. I would definitely stay here again, however I would bring my own cleaning g supplies.
