***PLEASE NOTICE- Beginning October 12, 2026 Crystal Shores West will be starting their Breezeway deck restoration project. This project is estimated to last until the end of November 2026. During this time, there will be LOUD grinding and dusty conditions as they prep for the main work. This WILL cause disruption to guests staying at the property. Crystal Shores West building will be closed from November 9, 2026 through November 22, 2026 for the completion of the project.***

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Beautiful room, very clean, up to date, mattresses were so comfortable. View was beautiful, their pool is very nice. I was able to utilize their gym every morning, which was also always clean. Ill be booking this exact room every summer from here on out

Right on the beach!

This condo is right on the beach with amazing views! Despite it being a larger condo building, it was quiet. We never heard our neighbors. It is located just far enough away from the busy downtown area, yet close enough to everything. We really had a nice time and enjoyed our stay!

Very nice after Christmas vacay

The condo was lovely and decorated with all things beachy. We didn’t use the kitchen since we were there such a short time but it had everything you could possibly need. I have no complaints just observations, the bed and the couch are noisy when you get up from them and the lounge chairs on the balcony have a bit of wear and tear. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

We Didn't Want to Leave; We Want to Come Back

We've stayed in quite a few condos over the years, and this condo was absolutely just what we wanted. The layout was excellent. The furnishings comfortable and eye-appealing. This condo had all that we needed to provide a fantastic stay. The view from the balcony was excellent. We could see dolphins playing right in front of our eyes. The kitchen was well-laid out. It was easy to get onto the beach, and the elevator was working well. It was quiet and relaxing; clean and lovely, and I am missing it already.

Very clean with great view!

Wonderful view, spacious & clean

My husband and 2 boys had a wonderful stay for our anniversary week. Parking was easy, elevators were quick and the property is well maintained. The beach and pool entrances are gated which is a plus. Beach is clean and beautiful with lots of shells to find. The outdoor area of the pool is mostly shaded after morning, the kids loved swimming in and out to the indoor pool area. We really enjoyed our balcony view and all the space we had inside the condo. The master bed is noisy when climbing in/out or moving around, but the beds and furniture are comfortable. Master toilet seat needs replaced and the shower head could use an upgrade. Only other complaint is the front door does not have a deadbolt or security lock. The property manager was easy to reach and very friendly/helpful when we had one small issue which they quickly resolved for us. Overall highly recommend!

Room and amenities were just as described. Pools and hot tub was great and clean. The view was excellent and room was spacious and clean. An amazing place to stay. I was shocked to find a place this nice for the price, it usually costs more for a room/amenities this nice.

Family Spring Break Get Away

Fantastic condo right on the beach. Perfect layout for a family of 4 or 5. Check in was a breeze and everything was ready for us. Parking passes, beach passes, and codes for the door and gate. Gulf shores is the perfect vacation spot for families. We were a little worried about the party croud during spring break but the city had a no alchohol policy on the beach from March 1 through April 28th. So it was mostly families having a blast in the crystal clear waters. We will most definitely be back.
